Didnt make sense, so went inside and was told by Stephany Gardner that we asked for a tire rotation, which we did not since the new tires were put on two weeks ago, and that prices have gone up. Service advisor Stephany Gardner was dismissive with regards to.my questions and walked away as if she had better things to do, acted as if she didnt care that we paid $96.71 for an oil change with the Discount Card. We bought our car here and with the way the Service Advisor treated me, we are done with this service department and dealership because of this experience. My 99-f150 blew a hose on 183. I replaced the hose and filled it with antifreeze. The coolant…read moresystem had air in the line so I went and bought more antifreeze to bleed out the line. I was in a hurry and purchased the wrong antifreeze which I did not realize until I opened it up and poured some in. I took my truck in to have a flush done. I paid $135.00 and my truck still had air in the system. I took my truck back in and I said that I could not get over 45 mph because it's overheating. One of the techs said well you have air in the system. I said that's why I brought it in to have it flushed. He stated that without a bleeder valve he does NOT know how to bleed it. And he suggested that I take my truck to Brownwood radiator. I paid $135.00 for service which should have included a bleed and still can't drive my truck. I have been taking all three of my cars here for 10 years. Very disappointed in the service today and will not return.
