What we got was some of the best pizza we've had anywhere, full stop. The crust alone deserves its own fan club. Perfectly blistered, airy, crisp on the outside with that chewy, authentic bite you only get when someone actually cares about dough. You can taste the quality of the ingredients immediately. This isn't "brewery pizza." This is legit, crave-it-again pizza. And then there's Summer, the owner. She served us herself and embodies everything people love about Leavenworth and small-town businesses done right. Came into town on a Saturday and stopped in for beers and pizza. We thankfully were able to get a prime parking spot and were seated right away when we came in. Friendly and welcoming staff, good service and food came out at a reasonable time. The pizza was so delicious, some of the best I've had. We got the Karl and the rancher, they were both so tasty and between four people it was the perfect amount. We had gotten the focaccia with marinara too and it was very good. We also enjoyed the beer, I got the parking restrictions hazy and really enjoyed it. Overall the space was cozy and quaint. Had indoor and outdoor seating with heaters. Blewett Brewing is a great spot for beer and pizza! I ordered the mango wheat beer and the Captain Planet with cheese and chicken. The mango wheat beer was light and fruity (as it should be!) and the pizza was one of the better pizzas I've had in the last year! The crust was crispy on the outside but fluffy on the inside, and it didn't get completely soggy / fall apart. They also LOADED the toppings! We also enjoyed a delicious Cesar salad (not pictured), that was crisp and peppery, with the right amount of dressing. The food service was quick and the bar staff was nice about letting us try different beers before ordering. The only minor issue we had was that the staff wouldn't let us move from the bar to an outdoor table after we had ordered food (we went to the bar when it was busier, had our name in for a reservation and it cleared out later). Service (5): Great people. Great friendly service. Attentive and willing to assist with anything you need. Pizzas (4): All were pretty good. We got a mix of a bunch. Pepperoni was pretty standard. Mr Bacon had good flavor. Margherita was decent. I enjoyed everything. They had fresh ingredients. It was more floppy than I prefer but still was a good pie. Beer (4): Got a flight. They were all pretty good. I like it really punchy though and their flavors were fairly mellow for me. I do remember liking one of their hazy's though. We ordered the sausage pizza because they said they make the sausage in house. I would say it was slightly greasy and a bit on the salty side but the texture, crust and overall taste was pretty good! I would come here again and try for another pizza like the rancher or Karl. Also, I read in other reviews there's an extra charge if you dine in and split a pizza. We ordered ours to-go and the bartender taking our order said she usually finishes a whole one on her own. Our pizza was massive and it was bigger than expected. I think shared between two people, it was fine for us. I would order the Caesar salad to try their house dressing in the future. Also for those that can't drink alcoholic beverages, they have a wonderful green oolong tea cider that is non alcoholic. It was so good that we had to come back an hour later to order another one to-go. I'd come back for the cider and another pizza flavor next time. I really like that they offer 10ounce pours, as it's a nice size of you want to try out some of their other offerings. I usually find that they offer very interesting beers, so this is a great option. They also have separate sides for families and for those over 21 years of age, weigh is a nice touch. The interior of both sides is very woodsy with a mountain feel but very welcoming. The service is also very friendly. This is definitely one of my favorite breweries in Leavenworth, certainly more so than the more well-known brewery that I won't mention! read more

Hibiscus was a tad bitter so make sure you're into that if you try that one! Oolong Hop Tea was delicious and very refreshing! I love the place. We went for one of the busiest weekend in December. We had a cheese pizza for kiddos, one hot mama pizza and one blonde Ale. I at first thought Hot Mama Pizza probably matched better with balsamic vinegar. Lately figured the taste was wonderful as it was with little bit spicy taste to make the pizza perfect. Amazingly I finished the entirety pizza myself. Kiddos loved their cheese pizza. Blonde ale was the wonderful treat after a tiresome day. Nice beer selection, heated patio, all ages side and a 21+ taproom size, and fresh hot pizzas! We stopped by Leavenworth on the way back to Seattle and was looking for a casual spot to grab a bite with our dogs. Dogs aren't allowed inside, but they were allowed on the patio area. There were overhead heaters so we stayed warm enough. The slab may have been heated as well (? Not 100% sure about this, but there was no ice, and I know some other businesses have heated patio slabs) We ordered inside the 21+ area, got a beer, a hop tea, and a pizza. They were out of the amber (apparently it's a popular one), but the pilsen was good too. They also have a rotating selection of hop teas (cold), the choices today were oolong and hibiscus - I went with the hibiscus which was tart and refreshing. For pizza we went with the Hot Mama, which is a non tomato base with cheese, hot peppers, bacon, and arugula. The bacon and the hot peppers together were a bit on the salty side (would have actually preferred no bacon), but overall the pizza was fresh and yummy!
