We put plantation shutters in both rooms and we are thrilled. The wait for custom shutters is long and one was damaged in shipment requiring replacement , however we could not be more pleased with the final results. The fit is perfect and I can now see the entire picture when watching tv. These shades allow maximum viewing of the backyard when open and complete privacy when closed. The gentleman who helped us make the right selection and the installers were all very nice, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Great business and great product.

The Blind Lady had MANY "off-white" shade options in real and faux wood and we were able to exactly match the trim in our home. There was a slight increase in price between home depot's blinds and her blinds, but her blinds are custom, better quality, and she installs them! Worth the slight price increase. We could not be more pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend her!!!

When we reached them by phone, they had not proceeded with the order and lost the information. We reordered and now we can't get them to call back or answer email. If no response continues, we will pick up the benches and take them to someone who will do what they say they will do. Don't recommend this business.
