Fraley refuses to take responsibility for the leak, blaming it on inadequate slope of the roof. But they installed the roof, didn't they? What kind of roofing company installs a roof when they know it will leak due to inadequate slope? That they installed the membrane on the substrate means they approved it prior to installation. A year and a half later they are still refusing to honor their written warranty. Their "warranty" has less value than used toilet paper. Update: they finally took care of the problem after nearly 2 years of finger-pointing. I have upgraded their rating from 1 to 3 stars.
