We had order custom blinds. Got half of them delivered and installed. Waited a long time. Started to bug them on the status of the blinds. Was eventually told because of covid they would not be able to fill the order. Fast forward to August of 2023 reached out to them again and was told should be no problem to get the custom blinds. Came out and remeasured the windows paid 75% ($2475.66) of the cost to order was told should be 8 weeks or less. Never heard anything. So I started to call text and email with no response. I was tired of no response and asked for a refund of course no response. When i finely go a response was told that Nikki was out of town and when she returned on Monday, she would reach out to me. Mind you we are now February of 2024. Still no response I again requested a refund by text and email, and you guessed it NO response. I was forced to contact my credit card company and file a dispute and that was the only way I was able to get my money back. Even after my dispute was filed, I have not had any contact from Nikki Ownbey. I DONT RECOMEND YOU ORDER FROM Blind Ambitions. read more

Excellent service! The BEST place in the Tricities to purchase blinds. They have awesome service and prices and a WONDERFUL presentation that they do in the home. They showed us many option and even demonstrated how the blinds worked. Nikki has lots of photos on her IPad which helped us to decide what look we wanted. They also do drapes, pillows, comforters. Shane is the PROJECT manager and he measured all the windows and did the installation. He is a Motorization expert and can answer all your questions with regard to adding automation to some or all of your window coverings. Glad I selected Blind Ambitions for my shades. Nikki supplied an estimate while at my house, so I could see different options (cordless versus corded) and determine how many windows I wanted to have done. During a second estimate by another company, I saw different samples for my vertical shade. Nikki brought new samples by immediately, and wrote a new quote. What I really appreciated was Nikki 's prompt response and willingness to work with my schedule and install on evenings or weekends if needed. Once the shades were in, it took Shane only about two hours to install them the next day on 7 windows. AWESOME! read more

No need to shop further for the best custom blinds in the Tri-Cities area! During our consultation Niki listened to my ideas and needs then presented me with several options which she suggested for my décor and budget. Within a short time (no more than 2 weeks) my blinds were ready for installation. Shane had 3 double windows installed within an hour and even went one step further and helped me out with a curtain rod problem. I was referred to blind ambitions through my parents. They are very nice people and great to work with. They brought samples and have many options and colors to choose from. The prices were decent and priced better then other places. The install was professional. I have not had any issues with my new blinds but i do know from my parents that if there is an issue they will fix/replace your blinds and make sure you are satisfied. We had Blind Ambitions out here this morning and I can't say enough good things about this company. The owner came out, fixed our blind set that he installed in July of 2017. After he fixed it, he did NOT charge me. He said he doesn't charge to fix his blinds!!! I also need to mention that when I purchased these blinds the big box stores quote was 50% higher.
