Our experience here was unfortunately not the same. The rep came out (not a designer) and really didn't offer any advice. I was torn because I knew it would be an expensive purchase (we always go higher end) and didn't want to regret it. After approx 3 mos (with no contact from Budget Blinds) I called to ask on the status. Hmmmm all the shades were in .... The tech came out to install them and I was a bit disappointed. One shade hangs lower on the right, and a few shades show the rubber banding which hangs below the shade. One shade should really have been two separate shades because of the width of the window. As a result of the wide expanse and weight that shade does not hang evenly either. As a side note, in our previous home the designer installed 2 shades in an expanse the same size. So... why not contact budget blinds back? Because this is only a temporary home and will be selling soon!
