We've needed new window coverings for years but kept putting it off. We happened to be driving home when we saw their store and stopped in to see what types of window coverings they had. We were overwhelmed with the different types of window coverings that were available and had so many questions. Victoria was our salesperson and was very patient with us. There was a lot of walking back and forth in the store to look at the different options. We finally decided on what we wanted and placed our order. After waiting for a couple of weeks, we received notification that our materials were in and ready to be installed. We were able to schedule a Saturday appointment. Installation was done by a husband and wife team, Santiago and Valeria. After our window coverings were installed, Victoria helped me with the settings in my App so that I could open or close the Roller Shade from my phone. They were phenomenal and cleaned up after themselves. They were so professional and respectful. Consider yourself lucky if they will be doing your installation! read more

We are so pleased with our new Roman Shades made of white linen with cocoa embroidered leaves for our master bedroom. The motorized shade is wonderful as we are seniors and changing the height depending upon the brightness of the sun during the day would be harder if you had to change the height up or down several times could be difficult. Our motorized shade It is so easy one touch up or down. We enjoyed working with our decorator, Lyn Gautier, very much.She was very patient and gave us suggestions that we ended up going with. Unfortunately I have very bad new to warn you about this company. They ask you for 50% up front. If you need any changes to your order and you call 3 days after it's too late to make any changes. They say 3 to 4 weeks to get your blinds. The real time is 3 months. Then before they come out to install your blinds that you have already paid half for up front, they demand the rest. This is called an advance fee scam or payment in advance fraud. They are obviously not aware of the mechanics lien. If a contractor performs work in a home and the owner refuses to pay. They simply places a mechanics lien on the property. Not asking for full payment before finishing the job. Only a foul or an innocent person would pay for this. I'm taking it up with the authorities so if you have placed an order or are about to place an order I suggest to have a second opinion elsewhere. read more

This is my second time ordering from Blinds to Go. One if the main reasons to go back to them even when there are a lot if options out there was the service provided! I had the opportunity, once again, to work with Ericka and the whole process was so smooth and easy from start to finish!! She is the best! We were able to complete and process the order in one hour or so without me having to go to the store. She is very knowledgeable about their products, always listen to your needs and what do you want to accomplished. And last but not least they have a huge selection for every budget! The first time they came to install my blinds they did not bring the extensions. Then they want me to order the extensions from Amazon. I said no your sales person said you had them. Then they did not bring the blinds that were to be installed. This time they made an appointment for 10:30-12:30. I told them I am leaving at 12. It be is 10:30 they are not here. I cannot wait past 12 due to fact I need to take car in for repair. Why do these service providers do not listen to their customers? No one apologizes for the inconvenience! read more

The vertical blinds installed by Blinds to Go in July have already broke. I called for a replacement vertical blind and was sent a metal clip to install. I called for clarification & was told the actual blind is not covered by the warranty and I would have to purchase a replacement. Do not buy blinds from Blinds to Go. The blind broke upon opening & customer service tried to blame me instead of working with me on replacing it given that the blinds were only 3 months old. The previous existing blinds in my home lasted over 10 years before breaking. What a shame for a company that claims to be customer service oriented & the sales person herself never responded to me. read more
