Not only did they win the bid, they are doing a great job. The owner Dan is really knowledgable, he was a former CTO at his former job. What I appreciate most is how I can text ,email, or call them, and they are lightening fast to respond. Reliable and capable - this is how I would describe them - something that is hard to find in South florida. The business is run privately and I really enjoyed working with the owner. In fact I trusted him while I was away with keys and access to my home. Something he handled with utmost professionalism. The work they are doing for me included home automation, security, shades, theater, and sound systems. It was a new construction home, so with Dans help I was able to build an amazing home automation and entertainment system. Still using them today. I highly recommend Dan and his firm Geeks of Technology. I don't normally leave reviews, but felt compelled as the service was so refreshingly good.

Come over ask me questions and more importantly show me how things work! There was a whole living room section set up. I walked over and started looking at all the cool speakers. And not once did either of the workers come over to ask if I had questions or wanted to hear them. For things with no discernible on/off switch, and high price tags.... you might want to lend some assistance before I just start pulling on things. Bang & Olufsen gear... love it. The internet speed on my lap top increased by 10X!. Luis is a smart and concientus guy. They ran wires in my attic back to the switch and the whole 2800 square foot house has a great signal and speed in every corner. Luis discounted the equipment and while this stuff is professional grade and not cheap, the pricing was reasonable.

He made sure we knew how to work every device, showed us signal strength in every area, and answered every question we had. And when I had more questions a week or two later, he was quick to answer and help me troubleshoot! UPDATE: Installers…read morearrived. Took 2 hours to install manual blackout shade and Sill, the piece for the bottom of the Shutter to give a finished look. While doing so, they removed the entire Shutter at least 2 times as I heard it crashing to the floor several times. (I do not know why they had to do this.). Paint on the sides was ripped off the walls together with pieces of my wall literally removed. And the Sill was damaged as its left side was broken off. When I asked them to leave when they were 'done', one installer refused to leave. I was overcharged for this Shutter and wasn't given what was promised and Shutter still needs adjusting and Sill needs to be replaced. FYI: I have never written a bad review in my life, until this nightmare experience with Diego/Quality Blinds Solutions.
