Pin holes in black out blinds - twice !

It has been a nightmare dealing with this company! After a lovely woman , Caroline , came to my home to assist me in picking out and ordering blinds - nothing has gone right since. I ordered blackout blinds on a very large , oversized window for our bedroom and not once but twice delivered and installed with pin holes in them - clearly from the factory - I am awaiting my 3rd set . I get no customer service - who's on vacation , who doesn't return calls " the shop at home manager is very busy!" Twice a very competent and professional installer came and once he needed my adult son to assist him on over sized blind installation and the second time I was as the only person home. The installer said he has told the company that this sized window blind is a two person install - yet they sell me the blind and send one man! There is no quality control , no customer service . People should be embarrassed that a blind I ordered in June, and was told it would be installed in 2 weeks , is still not up - next week it will be October! I offered to put gray tape or paint behind the holes the second time just to be dine with this - no one got back to me . Today they left a VM the 3rd blind is ready to be scheduled for delivery ... would I be foolish to let them try again

They know your address and they know how to use it. After they refused to respond to my requests to…read morerepair the holes they created on the seams between the doorframe and door THEY installed and sending me a door that was not the color they promised, I showed up at their showroom. When they asked why I was there I told them why. The salesperson was upset because his current victims/customers were there and overheard. He showed up at my house to do his best to embarrass me. From my driveway, he started to yell at me that I cost him business. This time I have a ring doorbell to catch his unprofessional possibly steroid induced behavior. He cost himself business by being a liar. The owner came by my house after this fiasco and offered me paint so I could paint my door the BLACK color that I initially ordered. He had the gall to say that the espresso/black color went better with my house anyway. My house was under renovation so he proved my point-I'm not trying to match the current color. I'm matching what it will be. Lastly, the fancy keypad doorknob they sold me was not installed correctly because the door would not close!!! They came back to fix it to loosen the screws to accommodate the misalignment. I wasted over $10000 on this poor excuse of a business. RUN. It is not worth it to do business with this company. They also need promised satisfaction guaranteed but they don't mean the customer-they are only concerned with themselves. THEY ARE A SCAM.

Yelp Using Royal…read morewindows and doors has been a disappointing experience. We really believed we would have an excellent experience and the best customer service since we were paying top prices for customized doors. After we paid $25,000, we call with some problems with the two French doors. The screens on both doors did not work properly, the weather stripping ribbed off and one of the handles on the doors was stripped. Right after installation we recognize the poor customer service. We called, we emailed, we basically pleaded for them to help us with our concerns, however, the typical response from Salon was "let me look into it and call you back". And then he never would called back. Two years of poor customer service, it has been frustrating.
