Great experience! Alex gave us some great recommendations based on our needs. After the blinds were installed we thought they looked a little off-center and called them. The owner, Joe came over and fixed them right away. It was an easy fix and when my husband asked him why he didn't just tell him how to do it over the phone, Joe replied that he wanted to personally come over and make sure we were completely satisfied!! I would give Long Island Window Treatments 10 stars if I could!! I was so happy when I found Long Island Window Treatments as I had not updated by window treatments in years and it was long overdue. I went to their showroom where I met Alex who is by far the nicest salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was not only super nice and helpful but he knew everything that there was to know about window treatments. He made it a point to find out exactly what I was trying to do and showed me the various options that I had to chose from. He then came to my home to measure the various windows and to help me finalize the colors. I was so excited when Gino came over to install all the treatments.
