People that came to our home to show us products and measure she was nasty and she was worthless! Spent over $4000.00 to outfit our new home and nothing but issues! Then after the blinds she told us to get for our master bedroom had NO room darkening ! So we went a local store and she told us that room darkening cellular shades will fix the light issue! I was more than pleasantly surprised when I visited this location. Kayla'h was patient and let me run through my ideas with her. She offered some advise and was more than happy to answer all my questions. Showed me how all the options for the Roman shades worked and offered me some cost saving options. Never shop here. NEVER. I ordered shutters for 2 windows on Oct 2nd. Told they would be in on November 29th. Date came and went...no shutters. Called weekly, "they're coming, will be here soon" Finally arrived (allegedly) on December 18 and were scheduled for install on the morning of the 24th. I was given the name of the installer. Completely fine. The night before some very very confused person called me and asked if I had taken down my blinds. I don't have blinds. He said it was for my blind install the next day. I said again, not blinds. I ordered and should be getting shutters and was told that X was the installer. He said okay and hung up. Next day no one showed up, I called and was told it had been cancelled and couldn't be re-booked until after the new year. I was pissed, screamed, yelled, even cussed. Because they were so unconcerned about the fact that I moved my Christmas tree for the install, upended my home on Christmas Eve for the install. And they just didn't show up. They have made no additional attempt to reschedule the appointment which leads me to believe that the shutters were either never actually delivered OR they were delivered and are incorrect. Absolute horrible customer service. I am exploring all avenues for a refund based on fraudulent business practices because I now fully believe the shutters don't even exist. read more

Stopped by to discuss blinds for our home. Not being an installer, I didn't know the dimensions of our windows off hand and invited the opportunity to have someone come by and take measurements. The sales person estimated our job to be approximately $5,000 and wanted a 50% down payment on the spot before sending someone to take measurements. I asked,"For what?" How could any business ask for 50% of the total job without measuring the windows or ordering materials? Makes no sense whatsoever. Blinds to go is a business I wouldn't recommend to anyone.I had a problem with a blind and they said they would repair it I went to pick it up only to find they put it in a new box and did nothing to repair it. I took it back to have replaced and they never even bothered to call me when it was ready.no apologies they just said things don't usually work this way.i ask for a manager but they gave me a 800# and I was told there wasn't a manager available. If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. We go in there with broken blinds with life time warranty and they said the warranty is "voided" because we didn't take them off off the window properly. The staff on the phone was obviously inept in explaining how to get the blinds down from the window. We had a lifetime warranty which is now voided, but they offered to sell me more blinds. I would not send my dog into this store with inept, rude people. My broken blinds were put in the burn pile. Good riddance. You suck!!!!!! read more

We ordered blinds for our entire home. Delivery was to be within 7 days and they would call us as soon as they were in. 10 days later, no phone call so I checked online and they were in. Called the store and no apology for not contacting us just yes they were in. While most of the blinds were fine, there were two that were bent on their frames and one of the was wrong. Rita assured me that she would fix the incorrect one and replace both and again call me when they came in. Yep no phone call. I called to check and schedule installation. Was given a name and had to schedule install with him. Erick Cortez was the name and it even took him several days to return our phone calls. The day he was coming he calls me to say he can't find our blinds. Finally arrives with blinds and one is fine but the other is still wrong! And guess what? Bought a new home and ordered shades for 20 windows. Nice big order. It took a month and a half for them to come in and then part of the order was wrong. What was the response...we won't order you the right ones until you bring the wrong ones back...wouldn't let us use them to keep the kids rooms covered until they came in...then we have to go to the store to pick up the right ones, wouldn't ship or deliver. I argued for a discount. Their offer...10% off the NEXT purchase... There won't be one. read more

What a total disappoint from beginning to end. My husband and I went to the store in hopes of "experienced" people. Received a nice young woman but not much help. We had to literally "pull" information out of her from sales, styles, colors etc. We were told 2 days, max 3 days for our order to come in. 5 days later, we called the store and were told, "Yes, they are here". NO email or call. Went to pick up. Brought them home and they valences were missing with the wrong brackets. My husband called the store and had to go back up to get the bracket but the valence is on order. God only knows for how long this time. We could have gotten the same service and head ache from Home Depot. Also, the store is not conveniently located to our home either. Overall, EXTREMELY disappointed in the entire experience. I purchased roller shades for 2 bedrooms. After 2 years the glue that held the shades onto the head rail melted and the shades had to be thrown out. For the 3rd bedroom I purchased pleated shades and they are still in good condition. read more

Never ever do business here! They built mine longer than the dimensions I gave. Said they couldn't​supply the valances we wanted. After talking to corporate, they came up with the valances we wanted. (took another 3days) Pulled the new valances out of the box only to find out they forgot to supply mounting brackets. The cuts on the sides of the valances were so far out of square I couldn't believe it. They wanted to send them back to the factory and get new ones. (3 more days) I was so discusted I took it all home and will do what I can to solve the problem. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS HERE. read more
