I requested a refund of my $140 and they said someone would call me. 4 days past and I had to call back before someone finally called me. They refused to refund my purchase and said that the face bulbs were on order and would arrive in 7-10 days and I should just scoot down and use the bed bulbs. Clearly they do not upkeep the beds as needed to charge those kinds of fees. This is very disappointing in the way they run their business. Do not waste your money! They accidentally sent it to her salon. When I found out I went in immediately to pick it up. She would not give me my purchase. She told me they charged her for it which was absolutely false. She was rude, nasty and very unprofessional. I had to get this resolved myself. When the company called her to help me get it straightened out she told them she would leave it on her porch for me. I have never been treated so rudely by someone in my own profession. I have heard from many other people about her rude, nasty behave and today I found out for myself. I would stay away from her and her business. There are too many other places to go where you can be treated like a person.
