I have had semi-permanent individual lashes before, but they seem to fall out so quickly and always burned my eyes at random times so I never kept up with getting the refills until Lex. I have consistently been going to Lex for over a year now and get so many compliments on my lashes when I am just running errands. I literally feel like I wake up beautiful because of my lashes. I feel confident just wearing moisturizer and sunscreen on my face on a daily basis as long as my lashes are on point. She makes my volume lashes look so natural! Her new location is a little tricky to find but it's really nice. The place is really professional and clean. There's a guard at the front desk, just tell them know why you are there and they will buzz you up the elevator. The actual lash place is super cute and cozy. You have to lay for a long time so it's important that you are cozy. Her station is padded and plush. And not to mention she has a great view. Lex is super cool! If you wanna chat, she'll chat. If you wanna catch a quick nap, she'll let you nap. She typically plays really nice relaxing music... that GOOD R&B! The overall vibe is always CHILL. I wouldn't trade her for the world. Susan explained the entire process and took her time measuring and marking my brows. She gave me a couple of brow shape options and I picked the one I liked most. She used the pictures I had sent for her review and her customized brows were just as beautiful as the ones I would spend 30-40 minutes drawing. The environment and clinic bed were both comfortable and the music selection was pleasant during my appointment. She maintained touch points with me to ensure I was comfortable and to see if I needed a break. I was so comfortable I took a little nap. Once she was done, the brows were beautiful. The healing process was awesome for me. I followed her instructions and used the at home care products as she instructed. I went back for my 6 week touch-up appointment. I thought it was only going to be 30 minutes because to me the brows were perfect.
