I was ok with the length, but said they should tell people when they call and book with them the longest lashes available are 15mm -I walked away looking like I have classics on. Even on their website, the hybrid looks better than this and their volume looks like volume Lashes , I literally can't even tell. I have lashes on. I paid over $200 for these lashes and this is what they look like 48 hours later. And this I have mascara on and the picture because they're so faint. you can't even see them. Booking online with About Face was easy and convenient. Locating the place was a little tricky, but thanks to other Yelpers I was able to verify that I was at the correct place. I arrived extra early as it was my first time, but know that Sharalton only sees one client at a time, so you must wait in your car until your appointment time. The spa is decorated well and appears clean. Sharalton took his time to get a sense of what I wanted, like and don't like. As a result, he gave me lashes that I am extremely happy with. I have had them for four days now and have no complaints. They are super lightweight, soft and natural looking. I think I've found my forever lash artist!

I will need to do laser removal if I ever want normal looking brows. and she keeps lying and said I came for 2 sessions!! I'm already not an attractive female but Mindy made me look insane!! They were extremely diligent in their adherence to sterilization protocols and examination of my initial piercings. Because of Randy's careful examination of my ears, only one ear needed a full re-pierce and the other ear just needed a slight stretch in the piercing. It was much less painful this time around than it was 20 years ago (w/a piercing gun at Claire's!). I had such a great experience here I would definitely return and get additional piercings! My ears healed well (different experience than the first time) and I'm excited to wear earring again!

The piercer did feel a bit rough when handling them but when I voiced the pain they slowed down and were more gentle.
