Stones weren't too hot to harm the skin, hot enough to release the tension. Had a female masseuse who was wonderful! (I even fell asleep during the massage I was so relaxed) lol Crystal - so beautiful! It caught my attention as I was checking out. The lady informed me that whatever crystal you naturally like is one you're 'drawn' to or need in your life. Ha, sold! But no, the people there are so knowledgeable about crystals and yoga. They are the real deal and even hold classes for yoga and crystal knowledge. Visited the salt cave, it's my least favorite. Maybe because I came right after waking up. I attended the teacher training and I would not suggest it to anyone. The teacher didn't show up to…read morethe classes often, but got upset if others couldn't be there due to health reasons or other things. I felt it was disorganized and we learned more from a book than actually learning to teach yoga. I ended up knowing a lot of useless information. The teacher barely prepared us for her test and it was obviously put together last minute. The teacher also made a big deal about my weight because I am a smaller girl. She mentioned my weight every class and I felt it was inappropriate to do in front of the entire class. In the end I learned everything not to do as a yoga teacher. I never went back to the studio after the teacher training because of how horrible my experience was.

I expressed to her that I was thinking about getting a massage as well, but had to be at work at 1pm. She suggested the Aquamassage they just got the day before, and MAN was she right! I did the 20 minute option which is equivalent to an hour long regular massage. Everyone was so accommodating and nice, if you're a local or here for a visit I HIGHLY RECOMMEND stopping by!

I went in to cancel my membership after 3 months. (October 2025) I was asked by one of the managers…read moreof the reason for cancelation. I informed her that it was not in my budget at the moment. She gave me the option to "Freeze" my account. She told me that I would not be charged during this time. I agreed to freeze the account for 3 months. She said that if I decided to go ahead and cancel after the account has been frozen, then I could do so. She told me to just make sure to contact the studio about a week or so in advance before the account was set to come off frozen status so that I wouldn't be charged. During the same month (October 2025) I was charged a $25.00 fee. I contacted the studio to see why I was charged a fee. I was never informed of any additional fees. They refunded the money back to my account. In December 2025, I started to receive text messages and emails stating that my account was past due. I reached out to the studio to ask them why I was being charged and my account is supposed to be frozen until February 2026. I informed them that I wanted to go ahead and cancel my membership since I was being charged anyway. I went in the studio to cancel my membership in person. I was not informed that I would still have to make full payments while my account was frozen. Isn't that supposed to be the point of a freeze? Overall, I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with Club Pilates of Ridgeland, MS. It is not right or fair to offer something to help your customers, then not inform them of any additional payments that they would have to make. This is my worst experience with a pilates studio!

I expected more from a BEGINNERS class considering if you are advertising to BEGINNERS who don't know anything about Pilates. It would be smart to fully prepare them. Very disappointing and unprofessional. It takes about two minutes to add that information to the site or the text message they send to confirm your class.
