I was here for a few days for work training but really wanted to try to get in the salt room experience and a massage, my time was super limited but I showed up at 10:02am (salt room started at 10) and Shameka (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) was SO accommodating, she got me in the salt room, I had the whole room to myself! I expressed to her that I was thinking about getting a massage as well, but had to be at work at 1pm. She suggested the Aquamassage they just got the day before, and MAN was she right! I did the 20 minute option which is equivalent to an hour long regular massage. Love the energy here! So far I've received a massage from here, bought a crystal (Citrine) and visited their salt cave. Hot Stone Massage - really relaxing! Stones weren't too hot to harm the skin, hot enough to release the tension. Had a female masseuse who was wonderful! (I even fell asleep during the massage I was so relaxed) lol Crystal - so beautiful! It caught my attention as I was checking out. The lady informed me that whatever crystal you naturally like is one you're 'drawn' to or need in your life. Ha, sold! But no, the people there are so knowledgeable about crystals and yoga. They are the real deal and even hold classes for yoga and crystal knowledge. Visited the salt cave, it's my least favorite. Maybe because I came right after waking up. It's really like meditation while laying in a reclined chair. I'll try it again after a long day. read more

We experienced FABULOUS 60-minute massages with Anna & Kenny! From the check-in process to checking out, the experience left us in a great state of relaxation and calmness. The Swedish massages were very relaxing with both therapists. They were thorough in the explanations of their processes. Shameka is VERY helpful and quite pleasant. She explains the entire process. When then spent 45 minutes in the Salt Cave and had a 15 minute Foot Reflexology massage with Anna. The Salt Cave is AMAZINGLY serene, relaxing and therapeutic. It was so relaxing...I caught myself snoring twice. But that's just evidence of the pure relaxation the setting offers. I definitely recommend getting both the massages and foot reflexology! I visited this delightful center on May 30th and enjoyed it immensely. Jill was super helpful explaining and setting me up in the Salt Cave for my session. I purchased a package which included the Salt Cave session and a 60 minute massage for $99. Jennifer gave me my wonderful massage and I can not thank her enough. The pressure was perfect and I felt very comfortable with her. If I were to ever open a shop, it would be just like this. I loved the vibe and design. I just wish I were visiting Mississippi longer so I could enjoy a yoga class. Maybe next time I come back to visit the in laws. I have multiple medical issues with my neck and shoulders that cause me to have painful muscle knots through my neck and shoulders. I am on a continuous rotation through regular PT, Myofascial release, and massage therapy. Excellent service. I came here for my very first Reiki appointment. I arrived 15 minutes ahead of time, like they asked, when I booked my appointment over the phone. The girl at the desk was very nice and helpful. She gave me my paperwork, directed me to the waiting area, and told me that I could get some coffee, tea or water while I waited. I loved having that option! My Reiki practitioner was Allyn, who is a Reiki Master and teacher. She was so encouraging, nice, and comfortable to be with, and she went above and beyond with me and my area of concern. She intentionally spent more time with me than she had to, because she wanted to, which shows just how kind she is. Lastly, I love the energy in Soul Synergy; it is very relaxing and uplifting. So I tried to visit your location this morning I was there a little early so I took a ride around to waste some time came back at 10 o'clock the door was still locked and I called three times and no one answered if you guys are open to the public you should open your doors when it says that you're open. The Soul Synergy Center is a breath of fresh salty air for the Jackson area. We called in and made an appointment but online booking is available via the Mind Body app linked to their website. Everyone we encountered on the phone and in person were lovely, kind and welcoming. We showed up to our Salt Cave appointment early, looked around at various fairly priced items in the shop area. They carry many styles and sizes of salt rock lamps, a crystal bar, figurines, tarot card decks, essential oil blends, and more. We were brought back to cave area and signed a release. The rules are simple ones of respect and quiet. No phones allowed, thankfully. The salt cave was built by the owners using 1800 salt bricks. Imagine being surrounded by salt walls and floors! Everyone wears white socks to protect the salt crystals. The room has a machine that enhances the effects of the salt air. Walking in the dimly lit room is immediately relaxing. My friend and I shared the room with one other person. 6 or 7 people can fit comfortably during one session. The room is kept cool, if cold natured, I highly recommend a sweater or layers. We walked in on a lit salt brick path, to our chairs facing the soft glowing salt brick walls. Part of the floor is salt crystals and feels like walking on a crunchy beach. The chairs are zero gravity recliners, providing the opportunity to comfortably recline fully. The attendant brought us warmed neck pillows and a blanket. She covered us and left the room. Gentle music played, we reclined,breathed and meditated in silence for 45 minutes. The air is drying and the atmosphere is comforting, peaceful and relaxing. If you need a retreat from your everyday life a salt sanctuary is right here in the Jackson area. Many other services are offered, like a reflexology foot massage while in the cave. Massage, yoga, intuitive readings are also offered at this blooming location. I am so thankful a place like this is so close by. read more

The incredibly giving people at Soul Synergy create a safe space for self-care. As soon as I walk through the front door, I exhale stress and inhale peace and serenity. I can leave my worries at the door. I attend Saturday morning yoga weekly and it has been a lifesaver. Our instructor leads us through a series of poses that let's me "untangle my pretzel knots". The salt cave is so relaxing. I often fall asleep! The massage therapists are experts and the classes are amazing.
