I hate going to the dentist but it was my first time coming to this one and they really made me feel relaxed and like they really had my best interest in mind. What I really liked was that they let me know the price of things if I was planning on getting it done. Even though I have insurance, some things aren't covered and it was nice for them to break it all down for me, compared to other places that just do it and then surprise you with the bill afterwards. Dr. Andy. G is by far the best orthodontist I have gone to. I was in the process of getting Invisalign, and that's when I came across Bliss Dental. Dr. Andy and his staff are very professional and meticulous about the work that they do. He had given me an estimated time of 7 months or more for my Invisalign but the process only took half of that, it only took about 3 and half months with perfect results. Finally mustered up the courage to get my teeth whitened and my expectations were blown out of the water! I've been going to Bliss Dental for about a month now (my first few visits were for deep cleaning-Gigi, my hygienist is gentle and very professional). Dr. Gaertner suggested that I should get a teeth whitening, as this would make my smile even brighter. I thought was my smile was OK but when I saw the results after their procedure I was more than happy. I find myself smiling way more than I usually do and I have a new found confidence. At first I was a little bit nervous to do this procedure because I have heard so many negatives about teeth whitening. From the chemicals used, to the pain suffered during and after, to possible cavities and enamel damage... you name it. Well, I am here to say that I'm 24 weeks pregnant and thought my teeth were more sensitive than normal but I felt absolutely no pain during the whitening session. In addition to that, it has now been 4 days since and I am really happy with the results. Absolutely no sensitivity at all! I should even add that directly after the appointment I had some hot and cold foods just to test out what I would be able to eat and I was perfectly fine with everything! I would 100% recommend teeth whitening services from Bliss Dental- don't go anywhere else! In the past 9 years of being a mom, and in the search for a dentist for my kids for 7 years, my search ended 2 years ago when I found @blissdentalmiami Other dental practices have straight up lied to my face and exaggerated findings to get me to come back ASAP. I even had one dentist tell me Adria needed $6,000 of treatment, as well as sedation to treat POTENTIAL cavities. * Dr. Gaertner and his staff are phenomenal. I can't sing their praises higher! * I did find out that Olivia has 4 cavities. Yes, I know I know. Don't tell me all at once. I AM "Mother of the Year". * Hooray for me, Adria doesn't have any new cavities. But she does need a tooth pulled . My last visit was on Sep 2020. After my "cleaning" I was told that I needed some kind of extra medication that my insurance would not cover and I paid $50.00. My insurance fully covers two cleanings a year. I just received a bill for an additional $30.00 with no explanation. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Gaertner for 8 years now and continue to do so despite having moved out of town. The reason is simple: he is very skilled, trustworthy, caring and flexible. One example: we brought our kids to the practice multiple times and while I was embarrassed by the noise they were making Dr. Gaertner found a way to entertain them. Well let me start by saying that this place is all about MONEY. As soon as I walked in it was 210$ for a consultation but since it was a emergency I had no choice. This doctor (ag) spoke to me for a hour after telling him I was in pain to his face and on his chart .this so called dentist did not do anything but take X-rays and talk to me and over charge me this money ,he said he couldn't go the work ,then he referred me to another of his cronies crooks and so she could make money also, she just talked and charged money no work at all ,both of these unprofessional dentist should not be practicing , they should own a towing company where you could charge what ever price they want . What ever happened to old fashion good dentist where a patient walked in and they took care of the person on pain and they cared! Don't come to this place all they care about is money!!!!!!
