I cannot recommend R&R Dental enough. I have never been more satisfied with dental work anywhere. I had to get some fillings a crown and a night guard done. They answered my questions at every step, made sure I was comfortable the whole time and made my crown in house! It took 15 minutes to make the crown. I typically review restaurant and hotel/travel experiences not my dental visit, however. I am compelled to share my experience as I have never had such a positive visit to a dentist. The level of care, efficiency and appreciation for my time and needs was clear from the start of my first visit at R&R dental. Letting me know that they were ahead of schedule and could fit me in early was a great touch. X-rays and assessment from Dr. Bobbie Singer took 15 - 20 min followed by the most thorough teeth cleaning ever (Ida the Hygienist is simply the best), extremely intuitive with making sure I felt no pain, the entire team including Dr. Bobbie and Dr. Rocio checked back on me throughout my visit. Typically the sticker shock of dental work is worse than any pain you may feel, Dr. Bobbie gave me multiple options to work within my budget. I truly feel like a can finally stop ignoring the health of my teeth thanks to finally finding a Dentist/business that is clearly working on the side of the patient. We moved to Miami (Coconut Grove) about 6 months before covid; so did not have much opportunity to find caregivers. I'd been to another office nearer my home but was unhappy. So I got a recommendation, to Dr. Singer's office. Though it was further from my neighborhood, they have a new patient discount which included the cleaning, xrays, and exam $100; so I thought it was worth a try. Scheduling appts was very easy -- I had to cancel several times (during covid) and there was no trouble to get an appt in a reasonable time frame. The staff is as friendly on the phone as they are welcoming upon arrival. I received a very thorough cleaning by the hygienist; my teeth felt smooth and clean after, with no rough spots; she got all the nooks and crannies of each tooth. The rinse bowl is easily accessible (surprisingly, not all practices in Miami have a rinse bowl). Their technology is modern. They observe covid protocols during treatment/exam. The dentists (it's a husband and wife) are well-educated, competent, thorough and caring, as well as both super nice. I went back for my 2nd (6 mo) cleaning and again was very happy. I am willing to travel to feel welcomed, comfortable and well-cared for (it can take 25-35 +min depending on traffic). Parking is free and copious. I am a fan! Bonus: Ask them about their homemade fish spreads and crackers. read more

I took my 90 year old mom to Dr. Singer's office for a cleaning and exam. The hygienist Aida was very kind and knowledgable and answered all of my questions. Dr. Singer gave us an honest and thorough explantation of everything. I only wish they accepted Medicare but the cost of $100 for her visit was fair. I highly recommend R & R Dental. read more

I had the pleasure of coming in to see Dr. Singer for my first visit at R&R Dental. Setting up the appointment was very easy over the phone. Staff was very polite and efficient. They took my insurance information and offered me the option to fill out relevant paperwork online which means I was seen much quicker than you usually would at other places. I wish more practices would do the same, it's so efficient and environmentally friendly. When I arrived, I was greeted by the staff and confirmed the appointment. Was brought into the back within about 2 mins. The waiting room and office is really well designed. I felt comfortable and at ease. The hallway is long and spacious. The rooms are also spacious. Inside the room, the chair you lay on is also a massage chair. It was a nice surprise and it actually makes you feel much more relaxed. First, my x-rays were taken with an x-ray gun instead of that weird long arm. Using the portable gun made the whole process much more efficient and painless since I didn't have to bite down on the device for too long and there was no need for the staff to exit the room in between shots. Then, I had my cleaning done. Again, very professional and stress free. Cleaning was a cinch. Was given recommendations and expectations before hand. Staff probed to make sure how I was doing and if I had any medical conditions they should know about. Then I met with Dr. Singer. He was breath of fresh air compared to every other dentist I've ever seen. He is extremely knowledgable and explains what he would like to do and gives his reasons why. After he made his diagnose and recommendations he followed up with me before I left to make sure I was clear on what I had to do. The staff checked in with me before I left, gave me my summary of next steps and made me my next appointment. In summary, I wish I would have found out about this place sooner. I did a cleaning with the hygienist Aida , she has a good hands , She did a cleaning very good I felt like She took everything out but what surprised me was that it didn't hurt at all. My dentist is better than yours! Up until I started going to R&R a few years ago, the dentist was the dentist- just one of those things you do, get it out of the way and be done with it. That's no longer the case. Every visit is a learning experience. For starters, Bobby changed my son's life. Yes, a dentist! A couple years ago my son went it for a cleaning and because of Bobby's expertise, ended up at the ENT who removed his adenoids and turbinates because he wasn't breathing properly. Shortly after, he joined a sport, because of course, he can breathe now! It had never occurred to any other doctor or dentist he had seen over the years that he wasn't breathing properly. He's a different kid now, out of his shell so to speak, and Bobby was the catalyst. My daughter has always had severe anxiety at the dentist. This is the only person who has been able to help her conquer that fear and anxiety. As if that's not enough, today I was blown away by the technology I experienced first hand at the office! Incredible! Trust me when I say, this is a different level of dentistry! It's not just the expertise and not just the science and technology. If I could give this office 10 stars I would. I went in with a lot of pain and with an extreme phobia of dentists. The office it self is pretty amazing. Dr Robert Singer greeted me and made me very comfortable right from the start. He has a massage chair which I think is a brilliant technique in relaxing the patient. I was there for an hour, had a root canal done and felt no pain at all, not even discomfort, during the entire procedure. He took the time after the visit to talk to me about future work than needs to be done as well as after care. After 30 years of fear, it took one visit to Dr. Singers office for me to be excited about taking care of work that has been way over due.
