This office is more a "day spa" where the office makes most of the money doing Botox and fillers…read morewhich is not covered by ANY insurance and can charge what they want, and patients pay with cash or with credit card. These patients are seen ahead of you if you have an appointment. They have 4 women upfront to make and set appointments for the treatments and 4 or 5 "PA's" could be more that do all the office visits and skin checks and biopsies, not a licensed medical doctor unless your insurance states no PA. Extremely slow office if you make an appointment be prepared to wait up to an hour past your appointment time just to be seen. (Based on the 9 appointments I have had at this office since July 2024). Today's appointment was the first time I was actually seen by a MEDICAL DOCTOR and not a "pa". The doctor is afraid of negative feedback when asking her in person today about issues in person, only has lame excuses. There are better dermatologists in Southwest Florida dealing with skin issues and not making their primary money injecting fillers and Botox. If you don't mind being treated like your time doesn't matter then this is the place. If you have an appointment be prepared that your appointment time will changed or be rescheduled because if they have a patient that wants fillers and Botox they will take that person over you.
