We found AirSculpt and drove around the corner to pop in and see what they had to offer. we were greeted so nicely so we made our appointments and had our procedures done with them. My nurse Crystal made me feel so comfortable and she was so funny and personable. I actually had a great time in the procedure room. Her assisting Dr. Dickerson was the best decision I've ever made and I plan to have my next procedure done by Dr. Dickerson hoping Crystal will still be there. After my procedure, I was left with significant wrinkles and crepe-like excess skin that I did not expect as an outcome. In addition to paying for the original procedure, I spent over $5,000 on body sculpting therapy that was recommended to me to improve my results. Unfortunately, despite this additional investment, the problem has not been corrected. At my 6-month follow-up appointment, I was told that I would likely need an additional procedure to correct the problem and that someone from the office would contact me to discuss my options. However, I have never received a follow-up call or any additional communication. I feel extremely frustrated that after spending a substantial amount of money and following the recommendations provided, I am left with unsatisfactory results and no response from the office about how this will be addressed. Patients deserve clear communication and accountability, especially when the outcome requires additional corrective procedures.

I was on time but she was 15+ minutes late to her own appointment and didn't let me know ahead of time. I didn't have time to wait because I had to be at MY job ON TIME so I had to leave to go to work. After weeks of trying to contact her prior to the appt she then finally actually called back after already being late and got mad at me because I didn't have time to wait for her.... WTF? Then she sent me a nasty hateful text message trying to reprimand me for "wasting her time" when she has a track record on all her reviews for 4 YEARS AND COUNTING with evidence of her being late or not showing up at all to her own appointments, as well as not communicating with customers -- so SHE clearly actually wasted my and many other people's time, not the other way around! Then she had the nerve to mark my Groupon as used even though she was unreasonably late to her own appt and never performed any services at all. Now I have to deal with that and trying to get my money back. I'm sure she loves that she is wasting a little bit more of my time, she seems to revel in it based on her history. Shame on this merchant!!!

This merchant was sorely lacking. I am very disappointed and am now struggling to get reimbursed. I won't be back and would not recommend.
