So, I walked to my car and spoke with the lady at the falls location and she told me that normally they send a confirmation a couple of days before and I never got that which tells me that the lady never put my appointment in the computer. It was a waste of time. They were both really professional and nice but I don't like when my time is wasted. So, my suggestion to you make sure that you call them, get the name of the person you spoke with, make sure they have all of your information and send you a confirmation email. It's very relaxing, but I don't see any results or feel any different. I might have lost a few millimeters. I kept my clothes on. They wrapped me in a blanket and turned the heat up to ~130 degrees, but I wasn't hot! The treatment lasts an hour and they checked on me every 10 minutes or so to make sure I was okay, and they GAVE me a bottle of water to drink afterwards to rehydrate. They are very big on rehydrating! Most spas don't GIVE anything away, including water. This impressed me. The staff is awesome -- very attentive and caring. I dealt with Tassie, the owner, and Tanita, her daughter. They're so nice! I felt that I was among friends. Restorations offers other spa-type services, too. During the FIR you can get a facial and an herbal wrap for a small extra charge, which I plan to do. The herbal wrap is supposed to purge toxins and the facial is just pure pampering!
