We were chatting most of the time so I wasn't really paying attention I was just relaxing. After the fact I realized I don't think the lady massaged my feet at all. It's my favorite part so I would have remembered. Upon further inspection, She also did not remove all my previous polish or clean my nails well at all. Before we started I pointed out my calluses and yet those are still there as well. Bad on my toes and the bottoms of my feet still look white. To top it off both mine and my friends polish started chipping in less than a week. I always chose regular polish and it lasts me weeks if not a month before looking as bad as these do. So disappointing since I don't get to do this often and I ended up paying upwards of $70 and didn't get the experience or really the polish for more than a few days. I will absolutely not be back.

The place always looks clean and smells fresh. All of the staff are friendly and personable. As soon as I walk in I am greeted by the staff. Once I am seated, I am always offered a nice cold bottle of water or a can of soda. The same person has done my pedicure on my last two visits. Her name is Macy and she is so sweet! She does a great job too. I was surprised how much she remembered about me from my first visit. When she is done, she just lets me hang out in the massage chair while my nails dry. They have a loyalty program where the stamp a little card at each visit. I will continue coming to Allure for all of my manicures and pedicures. Hopefully Macy will be there for a while. One other thing I like is that they have never tried to push other services of me and they have a list of their prices on the counter so there are no surprises.
