While I was getting my pedicure, one of the girls offered me fresh fruit and later egg rolls! The employees were very professional and the salon was squeaky clean. My pedicure took an hour and a half and was followed by a complimentary neck and back massage in a message chair. I have had had hundreds of pedicures in my life and never had this experience. On my recent visit, I really enjoyed my service with Jessica. She is incredibly sweet and allowed me to relax. She was very gentle, but skillful & thorough too. She didn't rush me, and made sure I looked & felt great. They also offered me a complimentary beverage, and the iced Vietnamese coffee was a refreshing & delicious treat (especially for a morning start). This establishment has been kept up with & well maintained. The salon is grand, without being pretentious. There are individual rooms and multiple halls, dedicated to the various treatments. The pedicure area has a dozen plush massage chairs, with plenty of space in between each client. There is no cramping or invasion of privacy, like other salons. All areas (even the restrooms) are clean & hygienic. The ambiance is quiet & comfortable, making for a very relaxing & pampering experience. Different levels, with pricing reflective of the product quality & amount of time spent. The top tiers are worth every buck, if you ask me. That's what led her to Wink & Polish and in turn, how I became a client! First, this is a beautiful salon. It is very clean and classy. They have a lot of drink options and take good care of you making sure you always have a drink if you want one. My friend had an appointment on Sunday, but I didn't make one, so I did have to wait for 45 minutes. But they let me sit next to her in the pedicure chair while I waited. Diane took great care of me and it was truly the best pedicure I've ever had. I can see why my friend has been a client of hers for so long. I've already decided to become her regular. My friend is big on design nails so she makes her appointments with Sky. I decided to try designs and had my nails done by Simon! He was amazing. I've already been complimented so many times on my nails that he did and I haven't even had them done for a week. I'm obsessed. This is definitely worth driving a little further than my previous place to be so happy with my nails. I also feel like they are very reasonably priced for the quality of work they do! I went and got shellac on my nails. At day four I had already been back three times to get my…read morenails fixed due to chipping. It has now been a week and I have seven nails chilling or gone or halfway gone. The last time I got them fix the lady didn't even use the right colors for my designs so they can match the other hand. Was my experience nice yes it was very nice, gentle, and relaxing but the quality of shellac is horrible. I have never had this happen so fast with shellac. The techs just keep telling me they are so sorry for the inconvenience. At the end of the day it was definitely not worth the money.
