TERRIBLE!!! Do not come here, service was absolutely terrible. Lady argued with me for 10 mins over politely asking for a discount due to my service not resulting in what was asked, I asked for a simple acrylic full set, my nails came out thick, polish all over my cuticles. there was fuzz stuck and cured into all of my nails. The owner is extremely nice, but unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the older gentleman who served our group. He was extremely rude, raised his voice, did not wear gloves, and didn't clean or sanitize any of the equipment between clients. It was uncomfortable and unhygienic. The nail tech didn't clean the station and immediately took me right after another person was there. I asked him and the lady who greeted me to please soak off my acrylic set. I had them put on 4 weeks prior for the first time in 20 years. I have only had gel polish, dip powder, or Luminary on my nails for the last 10 years, but I was out of town and had to get acrylic on top of my nails for strength. The man proceeded to pry the acrylics off my nails with his OWN bare finger nails and a nail tip. I asked him to please stop and soak it off. Not only very painful but not hygienic at all. He made huge dips and pits in my nail bed and broke off all my natural nail length. 2 weeks later they were lifting along the edges and in week 3 went back to my original nail girl who took them off and discovered that due to the nail trauma he created in my nail bed and lifting from Bliss salon I had a "greenie" nail bacteria under my nail. This comes from a Psuedamonas bacteria and is very contagious, you can loose your entire nail bed from this. I will never ever recommend this nail place to anyone. Go to a local individual over these churn and burn shops. I've had my nails done for 20 years and never in my life had any bacteria or anything. This salon needs to be looked at by state for their unhygienic practices and poor removal techniques. read more

I asked for a basic design, beforehand I asked if they were able to do it. I was told yes. - was unable to do it. (literally two lines) also almost every tech in there was rough handed, I along with two other customers around me were cut with the buffer. just seemed very unprofessional & inexperienced. dissatisfied with the service & the price I still had to pay. will not be a returning customer. read more

Yesterday (8/17/24) was my first time trying Bliss Nail and Spa. I went in for a pedi and a fill in. Sat down for pedi, put my feet in, and the water was cold. Fast forward to the hot rocks and towels.. He put the rocks on my leg, took them off when I jerked because they were so hot, and then proceeded to put them back on. Towels were extremely hot as well. Time for fill in... he has the drill so slow that he has to keep going over my nail to get the paint off. Several of my fingers were burning. Finally, get the old polish off, and then he starts getting things together like he was going to soak my nails off. The lady comes back and asks again what I want done, so I tell her fill in and show her the picture that I want. She then tells me that I have to have acrylic for that. I said, "I do have acrylics." So, she moves me to another tech. The design I wanted seemed like a simple design, kind of a marble look on 2 nails. The second tech gets the fill in done, paints my nails, and proceeds to draw lines with white polish on my nail and then says, "Do you like this?" I say, "That doesn't look anything like the picture. " So, he takes the white off and proceeds to get the actual bottle and then paints bigger "lines" and tries to fill in between with the pink that I had chosen. I say again, "Mmm.. still doesn't look like the picture. Can you just paint my nails, I really need to go." So, the lady comes back and proceeds to say " if you would have gotten a full set, then he could have done this. Next time, you get a full set and we can do this design for you." Today I booked an appointment to get a simple full set with regular polish. Upon arriving the young lady who greeted me was super nice and kind. I had a short wait and then was placed with my nail tech. That's when it all went down hill. Most of my fingers got covered in cuts from the drill including MY FINGER TIPS because she was trying to drill out the acrylic that she got BEHIND MY NAILS. They were all different lengths and I requested coffin, but some of them still seemed square. The polish did not cover the whole nail either so they just looked like crap. I paid full price plus a tip because at that point I just wanted to leave and I went to Walmart and spent more money to get polish, acetone and some files to fix them myself. I thought maybe I was crazy but I sent a picture to a friend with no context and her message back was "honestly they look like crap, did they cut the bases of your nails?" and then I spent about an hour trying to fix it before I had to go to work. The only way i would recommend this place to anyone is if they have a disappointment kink. The lady SAW what she did to me and I was still charged full price for a half hearted service. I would give it a 0 stars if I could. I hate leaving negative reviews but I've only seen good ones and while getting my coffee afterwards I was talking to the barista who said I was the THIRD PERSON TODAY to have a bad experience there so maybe this can be a warning to someone.
