I have been having issues for over a year. No energy, weight gain, and a slew of other things. I do endurance sports so I know what feeling well feels like, and the last year and a half has been total hell for me. I have seen 4 doctors to try to get answers. All basically said it's because I'm about "that" age (40 year old female) and that its normal. After seeing all those doctors, and them telling me that nothing is wrong, it really had me questioning if I was going crazy. Why is feeling horrible just because you are a 40 year old woman acceptable? To me its not. I went to Dr. Whitney Wolfe and we sat down and discussed in great depth what was going on. Not once did I feel judged or like I was being written off. She genuinely listened to my concerns, asked really good questions and made me feel 100% comfortable discussing everything. She was so sweet. We ran some blood work, some tests the other doctors didn't think to run. We very quickly figured out what has been plaguing me for over a year and a half! She really understands the female body and that just because your levels may be in the "normal" rage as a whole, that doesn't mean that it's in normal range for YOU. She is the first doctor who listened openly, wasn't afraid to discuss and actually dug to find some answers. If you are looking for someone to help advocate for your health, Dr. Wolfe is your gal. I had my first in-person experience with Premier Spa at the beginning of the month and could not have been more pleased! I had a custom facial with Katie and she was beyond professional, patient, and kind! My skin was GLOWING afterward. Katie had been working with me virtually since April of 2020 and was very helpful at getting my skin on track in preparation for my upcoming wedding and honeymoon. First off, been to this spa since last month and today is my third time. Its very convenient for me compare driving to Nashville just to get my cheek fillers done. Yesterday, i called the receptionist coz i wanted to buy the membership and then called her back again coz i forgot something and on my second call she got so irritated and her tone over the phone was ridiculous. Then I asked her about the gift cards they're selling and she raised her toned again and told me that the gift cards is to gift to people not for me to use and told her I know that and i wanna get at least 10 so i can give it to my friends for Christmas then she hung up and didn't even say bye or what. So i called her again on the third time and she wont answer the call, i'm talking about 4:30pm and been calling the spa again for 17 times coz i need some info for my cheek fillers the next day with Amanda but evidently she wont answer my call (nov 30 from 4:30 till 4:55pm. I don't know if its just me or what but every time i go to that spa, she seems have a bad stiff neck and wont even greet me at all but the ladies who gives me service they're so sweet except that receptionist i guess her name is Lindsey. I really don't know her deal but she seems she hate colored woman with money. Second complaint is, i had my cheek fillers today (Dec 1st) and Amanda didn't even numb me, i feel i was rush and just inject those needles on my face and I was in pain, real pain. Third is, after i had my fillers I had some blood on my hands and asked the receptionist if i can have sanitizer and she said "we don't have sanitizer here". Really, they don't have sanitizer in their "medical" spa in the middle of pandemic? Hmmm. Fourth, i bought 600$ gift cards from All'e, 100$ membership from their spa and paid 700$ used my debit and they said that i frantically got the fillers for free. Hey, theres no free now. I didn't get those gift cards from All'e for free i paid for it so don't tell me its free. Free is Expensive! Im a giver and a good tipper, I always give 30% or more sometimes 100% tip esp if i really like the service but today i didn't give nothing I feel discriminated. Ps. Im getting my CO2 laser to one of the famous celebrity doctor in Nashville and every time she sees me, she always have huge smile on her face and always hug me. But this little spa, i feel i'm just a number and i wasn't treated right. Do yourself a favor, if your'e gonna spend thousands of dollars make sure to get a doctor to give you fillers. I don't recommend this spa! Pls provide sanitizer, train your receptionist well, she's the face of your business and i feel I wasn't treat right. I was gonna get 10 gift cards but you lost my business. And oh, instead of calling me and ask for an apology, they removed all the reviews in their fb!!!! I would never recommend this place to others. They don't use traditional waxing for Brazilians. They do sugaring instead. I was informed that the girl was just certified. I was unfortunately on the table for over an hour an a half. Spread open and vulnerable just for a bikini wax. No Brazilian. How can they advertise Brazilians when they don't complete them?? So, needless to say I was fired (as a brand new client) for missing an appointment I never made. I was not given a chance or treated kindly. It was very harsh. I imagine that kind of cruelty would not be a good fit for anyone in today's era. Reminds me of childish FB. They pretended they were kind and understanding but it turns out they were neither. I was not told that their booking app does not work. Be careful with Vagaro booking. It made two appointments I never approved and when I tried to book the first one it was with the MD and not the beauty staff. Very confusing and very unsettling space. Plus,, it was their Medical Doctor who fired me. read more
