Nothing. The receptionist was polite and let me know the manager wasn't in but she would let her know to contact me. I received a call later saying they would try to get me in with another master stylist - but then they asked what services I was getting! Chelsea is a master stylist - we talk about what we want to do, she makes it happen. I don't want or need to know the name of the services it goes under - I just want it done. I have spent thousands of dollars at this salon between my haircuts and color, my daughter's haircuts and tinsel application, and purchasing products. For them to cancel my appointment with no communication and then to apparently have no information available about my normal processes is just too much. While the stylists are lovely, the management is terrible. Find a stylist at a different Aveda salon where they value their customers.
