I checked the chlorine salts and they did not fill it so every week it runs out. They are supposed to be looking for maintenance issues every visit but the guy that comes doesn't know anything but dumping chemicals.

He responded within 30 min after I sent my yelp inquiry out to several companies. He came the following day, tested the water and did a quick clean day 1, and the price was monumentally better than the few other businesses who reached out to me (but at least they contacted me back, many of them never even returned my call, email, or yelp request). He is so friendly, loves animals (didn't freak out when he saw my German Shepherds) and spent actual time talking to my husband and I. We hired him immediately and I sent my friend his info., she has an appointment with him now. There are still companies that will do good, honest, quality work for a reasonable price. He is definitely the best choice. I am posting some after photos as of this posting before he will arrive to do a cleaning. Keep in mind the bottom of the pool is painted a dark grey and it's over cast outside but I can post more soon of what it looks like in the sun *sparkling*. We ended up closing our pool down earlier than we wanted and after taking the cover off a month ago we were greeted with a filthy, green mess. It wasn't easy as the first trip out he spent the better part of the day dissembling and completely cleaning out the pool equipment. There were clogs in several areas from leaves that had blown into the pool and the motor was not running efficiently to move water. In just a few weeks Stefin with Near Southside Pools has the water clear again. Against my better judgement (only because the water was still cold) my son was in the pool this last weekend. The pools were turning green, growing algae, full of leaves, bottoms covered in old leaves and debris...we were left in dire straits. I called multiple pool companies over the course of several days and could not get anyone to help us, most not answering the phone, most not returning calls from voice mails. And then by the grace of God, we found Blue Oasis. They answered the call, and in our emergency, worked their schedule aroubd to come out to BOTH pools the same day.
