The carpet for the CrossFit section in the middle of the gym is visually very dirty and needs to be vacuumed. Frustrating, they take your money every month, but usually fail to deliver what is advertised. Hope it gets better. It has to be the leadership and culture, because these aren't insurmountable tasks that we're talking about here.

I'm also informing you, I will NEVER be using your company again. I asked your contractor to have this part installed weeks ago. He had someone do it within a couple days. They couldn't get it working and connected to my internet. I then went to BestBuy and purchased a mesh to extend my internet connection. They came back out on a day I went out of town. They couldn't get it to work on that either. I then didn't hear back from them for 4 weeks. I asked Sterling to have his guys to come out and remove this iAqualink system from my pool and I was going in a different direction. His contractor came out the next day and miraculously got it to work on my ORIGINAL internet connection. He was here 10 minutes to do this and left. I have since replaced the whole system. I have your system SITTING ON A SHELF IN MY GARAGE. I HAVE NO MANUALS, DIRECTIONS OR ANY PERTINENT PAPERWORK. I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE WITH YOUR COMPANY TO REMEDY THIS SITUATION.

We did get several other bids up front and the others either "no showed" or provided absolutely no guidance when they came onsite to measure / provide quote(s). Sterling (and team) actually provided recommendations and never tried to oversell. We were so pleased that we also utilized their services for an outdoor island. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend Roberts Pool Service for any pool related projects or services.

DO not trust this company, they do not return your calls, they sell you a 43k$$$ system with no warranty. Enphase /Solar TEXAS who went out of business and Enphase says contact your warranty. Hawk 3 had branched into the solar field, completely blind and with zero resident knowledge. The…read moresalesman assigned to me provided promise after promise, all backed by pamphlets in his sales binder (i was to get a copy at the end of the project-never happened). They were working in conjunction with a company called dusk to dawn solar. They seemed even less reputable (if that is possible)! I was told/showed that these panels would begin producing energy immediately, it took almost 3 months I was told/showed that the app for my phone would show each panel individually to determine if one was faulty and needed replacing-the app shows the entire system (at best) I was told/showed that if the system did not produce as advertised, a stipend would be forthcoming making up the difference until the issue could be resolved. (should have known that was a lie!) I was told/showed that the panel were impact resistant to hail and that they were insured separate from my homeowners insurance in the unlikely event one was broken. Half of them are shattered on my roof now, dealing with homeowners insurance to get monies to replace. All in all, I got taken good. I didn't think, that with the monies (and this was a big expensive project) i spent, i would be lied to, to this degree. Just goes to show...trusting contractors is risky. Do your homework and avoid companies that blantantly lie. I pray for better luck/results with your project
