Anyone who knows iced coffee..knows it takes about 5 minutes to brew, and then we're talking about me having luke warm "iced" coffee due to such a fresh brew. So I said..."on the house?" (Starbucks policy is free beverage if coffee isn't brewed when you order it! Know your rights devote Starbucks drinkers!)...he just looked at me.
