I've been coming to Blissful for the last 8 or so years. Over the last 3 or 4 the service has gotten worse and worse. All the original gals no longer work there and now there are super snobby girls. They rush you into ordering and are not friendly. The drinks are ok but not the way they used to be. Went to this stand to order a cute drink off the summer menu expecting it to be $5 maybe $6. For a medium I pay $17!!!! They said they need to "upcharge". Why am I being upcharged for oak milk instead of whole???? Besides this every time I go to the stand they mess up my drink and the workers seem MISERABLE! No one is taking proper precautions in the N. Nevada location in the middle of a pandemic. I came by Friday and not a single employee wore a mask or washed their hands in the time I watched them. Super good!! Reliable staff, consistent pricing and flavor. Only complaint is when they have a line and you pull in at say 15 minutes to closing, and after waiting in line 20 min you get to the window, you'll be denied service and told they're closed. If that's the case, you need one of those big folding signs to put in the drive through after the last car you're willing to serve. Coffee is LIFE. I literally was running late for everything and the Starbucks up north had moved and I wanted a sandwich with my coffee and was SO LATE. Anyway, couldn't find the coffee place that I wanted to get a breakfast sammie at and literally saw this place and swerved crazily to get food and coffee. The first thing I asked was if they had food, then ordered my coffee. They were quick even with a line. The BREAKFAST burrito was the choice I made and it was an incredible choice. The serving was huge, the salsa was delicious. And the coffee was great. I'm down for the service and the fact that they serve Isagenix, excited to see where they go in the future. read more

Then they had a conversation in front of me freaking out because the person in line behind me is someone who they know cares if they wear masks. The drinks are consistently good at this location and the lemon bars are so good! I know they don't make them their but they sell them and are so tasty! I have tried all of their signature drinks and the graham cracker one is my favorite. In response to the previous reviewers comments about employees wearing masks that is true- it depends on who is serving you. Their is one young woman who wears one and she is super sweet. I love the Trent location but this location struggles. Consistently missing instructions on orders both in person and via Uber eats. My last order had issued with every single item (paid for breve - not done, paid for cream cheese - not included, paid extra for light ice - not done, asked for half sweet - ignored). It's very clear that Uber eats orders are looked at with little attention to detail, and in person order are never repeated back and often incorrect as well. read more

I decided today to try a new coffee stand instead of Dutch Bros, I got up to the window ordered my drink and payed with card. She took my card and gave me my drink said someone was here for her, and she left to go outside to talk to someone without giving me my card back. This particular blissful is my go to coffee stand because it's so close to my house and I used to go to the south hill location, long before it was a even a blissful blends, before I moved to the north side. Long story short, there was a hair in my drink and I know it wasn't mine because it was frozen into a piece of ice, during the crazy time that is the Coronavirus stay at home order this was probably even more unsettling than it would have normally been. read more

They work hard here to make you happy. I order the Americana and it was perfect. It's a great little location any easy to get in and out of once you know where to enter.
