Stopped by because I was driving by the area. Wake Up Call is a small cafe that looks like a red telephone booth. It had a few parking spots and street parking nearby. The drive-through line was incredibly long but moved fast. It was really cold inside when I went which was nice because it was over 90 degrees outside. The bathroom requires a code and is clean. Came in with a double order for pick up, let them know I was here. Worker pretended to get busy on it then left on break. Meanwhile another customer who was here before me is still waiting for her order. Another customer walks in mins after,orders and pays. They get their drink not less than 3 mins later. They completely disregard the first customer, she lets them know that they haven't made her drink and she's been waiting, asked for a refund. Learn how to prioritize customers!!!! In town visiting and wanted to know what the hub bub was about with the telephone booth coffee stands. There was a long line on each side, but they are fast! There was even a nice gentleman taking orders outside. We ordered two London Latte's one hot and one iced. They were extraordinary, although hot was far superior! If you like being yelled at by staff who can't control their emotions, and if you like being told you "play games" if you take 2 minutes to decide what you like to drink..ONE TIME, then this is the place for you! Lol in all seriousness it was the worst customer service experience I ever had. Tyler was very rude and disrespectful. And to the lady who yelled at me shame on you. Insane. I will never spend another penny here. I was an avid Wake up call customer, but now my daily coffee fix money goes to Dutch bros. Also don't bother calling corporate, they'll say they will give you a free drink, but then when you go and cash in the free drink, it won't be there on your account lol. Hilarious. I wish I could give zero stars. This is just a reminder people to spend your hard earned money where people actually will treat you decently. Where people actually have customer service. Terrible service. Got half the order wrong and refunded but didn't resend the correct order which didn't help as we ordered delivery before an event. The drinks we got were okay though no one was particularly impressed (quite sweet). I got coffee there on my way home today (01/31/2018) and let me tell you the service is amazing. The quality is even better and the people that work there are better yet. Recently I went there for some beverages after work and they didn't taste quite right. I went back and said "hey something is up with this" I was totally willing to pay for the new drinks and they were having none of that. I wasn't mad or upset in any way. Frankly, that was the first time I ever had a complaint about the drinks at Wake-Up Call. Today there my drink was made by Annsley (spelling?) who was super awesome and recommended a fantastic drink for me to try. We chatted for a little bit and she is just an upstanding person, I am glad Wake-Up Call as a company hires such wonderful people. To this day I have never had poor service from Wake-Up Call and recommend them to anyone and everyone. Keep up the great service and please hire 10000 more people like Annsley. read more

Want to start off with I'm a very frequent visitor, and have been for probably about the last two years and I love wake-up call but lately the drinks have been made pretty poorly lacking taste. I've also most recently noticed my card getting charged more than the actual amount that was due. For example total was 6 dollars and I'm getting charged 9 or sometimes duplicate charges... I'll go there early in the day get charged and then later get a notification that my card was charged again at around 3:00 am for the same amazing .. feeling very confused! read more

The two girls working completely ignored me for about 5 minutes until one finally asked what I wanted. There is not question you could ask that they don't have an answer . They always start conversations yet keep the store running . I have never seen them actually just stand and talk . Terrible staff, very unsanitary, had dead bees and traps everywhere on the counters and by the drinks, had the windows open at all times and let all kind of bugs go into the store and saw a fly land in this lady's drink and they still served it to them. Very rude barista's, talked amongst themselves for over 10 minutes before they started on my order, was more focused on talking about there plans for the weekend then there customers. I should start of by saving I LOVE me some Wake Up Call! I'm never disappointed, but I decided to try their new location and they were amazing as well! The gal that helped me was so sweet, friendly, and very personable. I really enjoy my trips here and honestly, they always get it right. My absolute fave... the c3, it's carbonated coffee with a splash of cream and flavor of you want it. I get it with non fat milk and sugar free vanilla. It takes like a root beer float!!!! So yum!!! But I've tried their hot, cold, & blended drinks and they are always on the money! Wish they had some gluten free baked good options. Bagels, muffins, etc. It'd be nice to have that option. Besides that small improvement this place is definitely worth the trip. So go get your coffee on! read more

She was talking to (I assume friends) in the car ahead of me. They were talking about there costumes and she ignored that I was there. This is a hard review for me to write, as I love the coffee at Wake Up Call. However, the customer service is terrible at this location, and in the valley. I don't know how hard it is to be friendly to a customer that is supporting your employment, but the blonde that wears jeans that are way too tight has issues doing so. To start, I had to sit and wait in line for 10 minutes while she was chatting with her friend in the car in front of me. Once I finally got to the window, I was treated as an inconvenience for being there. She was not friendly or cordial, and an all around unhappy person - unless you are her friend.
