How unprofessional and the kicker was, she was still advertising the service on Groupon. She said I needed to call Groupon to get a refunded. That wasn't an easy task. Would not recommend. That's funny, my sister-in-law was the one that recommended you and she used Groupon. I added 2 photos on your site. One was the Groupon it self and one is the refund I received. So I was not mistaken in the least. However, I did have my eyebrows done . After my experience with you, I decided to pay full price at a different establishment and I am happy to say they are beautiful. There is something to be said for silent blessings! She didn't try to lure me to her (although she is a master at what she does! ) just look at her website and reviews! She didn't offer to apply grande brow to help my natural brow grow to have me as a return customer (that actually works by the way-Not knocking grande brow at all!! ) Kristina was genuinely looking for my best interest at heart. What a professional!! She suggested I go to someone that I ultimately went to. When I arrived for my microblading session they didn't even know who Kristina was!! Now that's honorable!! They didn't even know who she was! Anyhow, we are always quick to add negative reviews but this is totally valid and I am extremely grateful!! I am someone who doesn't get anything 'done' therefore I was nervous and cautious for many many years and finally opted for microblading which was HUGE for me!! I was able to get a last minute appointment this evening for full leg sugaring. Amber was outstanding. She checked me into my appointment and performed my service. She walked me through all the details of the process and went above and beyond helping to get some of the ingrown hairs on my shins from years of waxing. They have a small waiting area out front with water and small snacks and candies. Everything here is super pink and extremely clean and honestly just such a great energy. I really enjoyed how Amber asked if I had any allergies prior to starting the service and walked me through the clean ingredients that would be used on all products. Sugaring does not hurt at all compared to waxing and this officially is my new favorite service spot. It's a little more than the $8 I usually pay in the city, but still the best price I've seen locally. When I arrived, there was a bit of a wait, with about four people ahead of me. Only one woman was handling eyebrow services while another staff member was doing a wax in the back. The line moved fairly quickly, but the place did feel a little understaffed. I also think some of the services could use a bit more privacy. One woman was getting a head massage in the main area, and it felt a little awkward having a line of people waiting nearby and watching. That said, the service was friendly and I was happy with the results. They also offer package deals for repeat customers and loyalty cards where your tenth service is free.
