Jennifer made the planning process painless, as she was responsive, thoughtful and accommodating. On the night of the event, Andrew took great care in partnering with me to ensure the flow of events and celebratory atmosphere remained intact. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and their yacht. I would recommend their private charter to anyone looking to have a grand time in a scenic environment. Purchased tickets for the Purple Martin tour for 8/15. A few days after I made the reservation…read moreonline, I received an email stating that I had been refunded for my ticket purchase. I was confused, so I called the office, as I had not requested a refund or been contacted before that email was sent to me. I inquired about the refund and they stated that I would need to rebook and they could not accommodate people on 8/15. I asked why I was able to book for 8/15 at all and they were hesitant to state it was an issue on their end. They eventually explained there was an issue on their end with their website, and they had to cancel everybody that had booked on 8/15, as they had an event that day instead (an anniversary - congrats to the couple), that their website wasn't reflecting. They did not apologize and simply stated if I wanted to attend a tour, I'd just need to pick another date or I could take the refund. I explained that date was the only one that worked and thanked them for their time. At some point, they called me twice that day. But they did not leave a voicemail the first time and the second time they left a voicemail where the employees were talking to each other about who on "the list" had been contacted about the cancellations and how to mark them contacted. It was clear they were unaware I had contacted them already. I did not call back and I have not heard anything since. Just felt a little weird ‍ and impersonal, for something that is supposed to be really cool! Not a super great experience.
