This rating is for my blowout. Before a family event, I got my hair washed and blown out by Megan. She did an amazing job, listened to feedback, and did my hair so well. I was super glad I went to her. I also had booked the full face makeup, but unfortunately, they did not have color corrector, which seemed like a huge miss on their part. I had to cancel the appointment knowing this and do my makeup myself. read more

Late review -- I made an appt on April 9 for a blowout, deep condition, and head massage. As I entered, I was greeted right away by a stylist. Little did I know I was lucky to get Nancy (as others mentioned on reviews of her great work)! She is lovely and she explained each step. I loved the head massage and the whole process was so relaxing it just made me want to fall asleep. In less than an hr I was done. My hair looked amazing. The stylists are skilled and as a former member for a few months I had quite a few blowouts here. Recently I called to be placed on a waiting list for a blowout on a Saturday. I received a call at 9:10 to come in immediately. When I arrived 24 minutes later after stating I would be there in 20 I was informed that the stylist needed 1 hour for all appointments and her next one was at 10:00. This salon is very poorly managed and the blame is usually on the receptionist who are not trained or customer. I canceled my membership, sent a comment to the company which no one responded to and was told I would receive an email confirmation with my cancellation and never did. While the Morristown salon is warmer and more organized, it is further away. read more

I had a very positive experience at this salon. It is clean and beautifully decorated with a Zen like atmosphere which is great to sit back and relax while being tended to. The staff was pleasant and professional and I got a great blowout. In fact three days later a stranger came up to me and complimented me on my hair! Blo was very disappointing. I requested The "hollywood blow out" and the woman rushes to do my hair and it fell out not even an hour after the salon. The staff was talking to eachother the whole time and not engaging with the clientele. It was slightly awkward. I wouldn't recommend this salon is you want a blow out or a hairstyle that will last. Had my hair blow dry for an event hoping to have it looking better then what I can do usually. Well after washing my hair the girl started drying without any product and finished in 10 minutes after which she gave me a mirror to see the back. Never had such a bad blow dry!!!! Home now will have to wash my hair and dry it again myself! Very disappointed! read more
