I'm not usually one for organized / group exercise, but Kadi Fit changed my mind tonight. I had my first kardio dance class tonight, as part of the "your first class is free" offer. For starters, the studio in goregous! It's in an repurposed warehouse space with other businesses. Beautiful hardwood floors, bright lights, plenty of space (with a nice area with a couch & coffee table & literature wall) & a booming sound system. You're greeted as soon as you walk in at the checkin / reception counter. Kadi Fit utilizes the key ring card as your membership card, so you'll scan it when you come in. Katie (the owner) & one of her employees, Emma, are welcoming, super sweet , & were great to talk to. They didn't pressure me into becoming a member tonight (which I'm going to join as soon as I get back into the working world). I got to the studio a little early, so I watched the Primal class, which looked almost like a prep course for boot camp. :D However, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves & pushing their bodies to the extreme. Now, for the kardio class. WOW, so much fun! 45 minutes of high energy cardio with a fantastic music soundtrack. Katie & Megan (I believe that was her name) took turns leading high impact dances moves & steps. I really enjoyed myself! There were a lot of women in this class, but we still had plenty of space to move - we sure needed it! Katie & Megan had us all over the floor. Katie not only offers a ton of class options, she also teaches lifestyle. Her online site features a blog with plenty of useful information. Kadi Fit is a great place to work out and really push yourself at your own pace. The instructors are fantastic! They make sure to review every stage of each class so that each individual is comfortable and understands what to do. I myself primarily attend the primal core and primal fight classes and I have never left feeling like I didn't get a great workout in. The gym is beautiful, the equipment is well kept and the people that attend the classes are all incredibly nice. If you are interested In bettering yourself and personal strength growth, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to do so A+++ read more

I always thought that I needed a gym....access to an elliptical machine and strength training machines. Then I went to Kadi Fit and realized how wrong I was. I burn 3 times the calories taking a Kardio Dance class than I was burning on the elliptical machine at the gym plus I'm having a lot more fun doing it. I'm not a dancer, not even close but that's the beauty of this place....You don't have to be, you just go, dance and have fun. Primal strength training has put me leaps and bounds ahead from where I was just using strength training machines at the gym. I saw dramatic results within the first month of taking classes. The people are all amazing, extremely helpful and very friendly. I look forward to going there to work out. They leave you with an inspirational message at the end of class which leaves you feeling good on the outside and the inside. I could never go back to a boring gym again. Katie also organizes different activities / nights out during the month so, there is a social aspect, as well. I really appreciate that part, I've met a great group of people. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I have come to Kadi for a couple of classes: yoga and Kardio Dance. The yoga is a standard yoga class, but the ambiance makes it better than most yoga studios in my mind. I love the wooden floors and vaulted ceilings, and the crowd that shows up here isn't pretentious or exclusive. They have yoga mats and blocks for you to borrow, too! Kardio Dance is the BOMB DOT COM. Great music, great vibe, and enthusiasm exudes from the walls and floors and ceilings. It is energizing and invigorating. I want to go every day. The only thing I'd change is offering more early morning weekday classes, but my guess is that they need the demand in order to offer the classes, so I'll just keep my fingers crossed that they offer more morning classes soon. May I suggest Kardio Dance? read more

Kadifit is a place like no other. You get an incredible feeling walking through the doors and are taken back by the beautiful rustic feel. The instructors are welcoming and helpful. Someone is there at the desk to answer any questions and set they you up for success in your class. The passion is so vibrant and the friendships that come out of it are effortless and lasting. Then you get this workout that leaves your elbows sweating. You push and push harder and the instructors encourage and tell you that you are incredible and capable. After the class is over you are given a slice of wisdom to take home with you. These moments personally, have propelled me into my week. Leaving me enlightened and inspired. I recommend this place to anyone. No matter your fitness level. They meet you where you are and push you to your best. I love my tribe. I love my Kadifit! read more

Kadi Fit is no ordinary fitness studio. The owners and instructors are warm, welcoming and motivational. The classes range from strength, cardio, boxing, plyometrics, yoga and even some dancing. Being a runner, I was looking for a fitness studio that would help me improve my pace/time. Not only have I improved my run times, but I am fitter/stronger than I have ever been in my life. I am so thankful for Kadi Fit and the cohesive group of friends that motivate me through every workout. Be prepared for a proper sweat, challenging but achievable circuits and a great group of people to push/motivate you through every workout. read more

Kadifit is just fun! You just can't believe how much fun you can have in an hour and burn 3 times the calories you would burn if you were running. PLUS it is so much fun you just want to go back. There are lots of different folks at Kadi during classes with a wide range of fitness levels. Everyone is supportive and encouraging. Everyone wants you to be there and have fun. One of the great goals at Kadifit is to have well rounded classes. You wont' do the same classes everyday. The change up is great for your entire body workout. I've been going for years! read more

This is my new favorite place. Yoga is fun here and their primal classes rock! The atmosphere is also fun and inviting

The staff is very friendly, and helpful. The classes are pretty fun so far. Mostly dance cardio classes in the morning. Some of the instructors are better than others. All seem to be v good dancers but not all give a great workout, or dance steps look good and are complicated but are not energetic enough. Your feet are all tripping all over themselves and depending on ur cardio health, may not even getting raised heart rate.A couple of the instructors give a very good work out as well as are fun, and are good at giving cues you can follow along well with their choreography. I like the energy of the place I like the building. The sound system is very good. It might be too good. Kind of hurts my eardrums sometimes. Also, sadly they allow young children in the main exercise room with the music blasting so loud at times that it's healthwise inappropriate for adults or children. There are babies in there also at times. One of the more intense instructors actually had strapped her very young toddler in a stroller near the sound system so she could start the work out before the child care giver came. Rap music was blasting and I mean blasting. It was sort of shocking and sad. I find this entirely inappropriate as a mom and as a nurse. Not sure if this is a problem with the moms either being ignorant, or selfish, making these bizarre choices about their wants over their children's well-being, or problem with the rules of the studio. Anyway other than that this place seems like a good fitness studio with a lot of positive energy. The equipment is in good condition, the location is great, the price is fair. Probably a good fit for a lot of people provided they can turn off eyes and brain to small helpless children getting eardrums destroyed. You will get a good workout most of the time and you'll probably have fun doing it. read more
