In my time at statefarm, my email was changed without permision, did not recieve billing notices, Had to call 3 serperate times to have them send insurance cards because the old ones had expired. I never ended up recieving those cards btw. Not sure why, asked Josh, he couldnt tell me?! It cray to just see a company still manage to survive yet so many mistakes.
