I had to search for tax information myself because she wouldn't. I called a dozen resources, and the majority asked me why my tax preparer wasn't researching this. To top it off, they charged me charged me TWICE (double). I called as soon as I got home and they simply said they hadn't - while I was looking at my online bank account. I was eventually connected with someone who was supposed to reverse it; she told me that she would, but it would take several days because they were "very busy" and suggested that I contest the charge with my bank.
