After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. I called and reserved a limo for a bachelorette party, they charged me 775 for 5.5 hours (I got a half hour free) and when I called to report rips in the seats, the bar falling apart while we were driving, duct tape on the exterior of the limo, the woman who answered the phone made up a list of excuses as to why all of these things are fine. She reminded me several times that I got a half hour for free, which does not make up for the fact that the vehicle was terrible quality. Meanwhile claiming that there are no rips in their seats. I am appalled. They will not refund me and are not admitting any fault. I recommend them to no one.

I made the reservation less than a week in advance and they were able to accommodate which I appreciated. The gentleman was nice enough. It was a short one way from the Pier in Narragansett to The Newport Resort Cambria Hotel for a wedding party after a rehearsal dinner. The price was high but I was just relieved to be able to provide this service for our guests. I didn't want our guests to have to wait around so I opted out of Lyft or Uber for transportation. If I had gone with either service I could have saved myself $100s. They sent a 10 passenger Mercedes bus which fit everyone comfortably and got them home safely. I would just plan better next time.

The receptionist who I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful. I got a detailed email confirmation with all the flight times listed and exactly when the driver would be at my home/airport. On the travel days, I got a text from the driver introducing himself and letting me know the Time he would arrive. Drivers were both exactly on time. We were picked up in a big brand new spacious van with plenty of room for 11people and all our luggage. The driver packed all of the luggage in the van for us. They had a cooler of ice cold waters and sodas for both drop off and pickup. We had two different drivers one to the airport and another from the airport. Both were EXCELLENT! Very friendly, very accommodating, on time, and they were excellent drivers. They both asked if we were comfortable, if the ac was at a good level, what type of music we wanted. They just made us feel so comfortable. Absolutely wonderful experience. I am so happy I found this company because I have used many others in the past and none of them compare to the excellence of Austin. I definitely recommend this business and plan on using them for all my travel transportation needs.
