He is always prompt, professional, friendly, and courteous. The car is always spotless. My dog has also come with me on the long distance trips and they are extremely accommodating. My family recently used Sentinel Limousine to take 9 of us to Logan Airport, and picked us up a week later. The limo bus was spacious and roomy. The air was cold. We were offered cold water. The drivers were very personable. Our flight home was delayed, and our driver waited the extra 3 hours before we finally arrived. Sentinel is by far the Best Limo service in the area. If you want a professional run service this is it. There always on time from pickup to delivery, and airport pickup is the same. As our plane is landing we receive a welcome text from the driver that's already waiting for us at the garage or limo parking area. Very unhappy with service. Agreed on cash transaction for $ 552.00.Gave credit card information to hold the booking and he ran the card for the full amount. Had all of the dates wrong. He got angry, when questioned about running the card and then canceled the booking and refused to refund. Had to contact visa to dispute the charge. Well, I was able to book myself and a group of friends to get a SUV (Chevy Suburban with 3rd row and trunk!) to head up to Gillette Stadium for the Cincinnati vs. Patriots game this past Sunday! I must admit - I've been to many games over the years but this one was even more fun since no one had to worry about driving! Being able to catch up with friends without having to pay attention to the road was great! We requested Glenn as our driver (based on my coworkers previous experience and recommendation) and he did not disappoint! He had no issue with our request to stop at Dunkin for ice and coffees on the way up to the stadium! Bonus! Glenn is a wicked nice guy who does his job flawlessly! He didn't flinch when we asked if he could take a few group photos and even gave us business cards with the parking lot number / row info and his cell number so we would be sure to find our way back to the SUV after the game! By the end of the night I am sure we were all pretty silly - but Glenn took it all in stride! My man was concerned that we wouldn't have enough room for all of our tailgate gear and 5 people - but we managed to fit quite the haul of gear and still had a comfy ride up and back! We had 2nd row so it was just us two in comfy leather relaxing with a huge flip down center console with cup holders! (Example of what we packed along with 5 adults - 2 hibachi grills, a fold in half banquet table, 3-4 coolers, a duffel full of cooking utensils, plates, paper towels, etc.) My only regret? Was not packing corn hole set up because we thought it wouldn't fit!! (A normal sized bean bag toss set or can jam would have fit - of course the guys at work built there own huge version of corn hole!) Having the SUV and driver made this a carefree experience for us all and I would highly recommend it! As I told a few people who asked (we were grilling afterwards and people waiting in traffic seemed either hungry or completely dumbfounded that we had a chauffeur!) - I told them - Hey, it's a LOT less expensive than a DUI and WAY more fun!!! Side note - huge props to the company for providing a multi charger - everyone in the group was able to charge their phones after the game while we tailgated right in the back tailgate! We used Sentinel as a shuttle for our guests from the hotel to the venue. We had 2 contracts with times, pick up locations, and runs. The shuttle didn't show up at 10pm to pick our guests up after the reception. They said that the shuttle was at the hotel waiting for people until 11pm. It clearly stated in the contract to start at the venue. Common sense as well... it's after a wedding, why would people be at the hotel and not at the venue and why would you wait an HOUR until decided to go to the venue. So we had our tired and elderly guests waiting an hour to be picked up. Needless to say, we were not happy with this situation since the sole purpose of the shuttle was to make our guests more comfortable. When we contacted Sentinel, we spoke with Gail. Do not insult our intelligence by trying to tell us that it was a misunderstanding between us and the company. IT'S IN THE CONTRACT. It was a confusion between Sentinel and their driver. We asked for the time the shuttle was not there to be prorated. They stated that they could only give us 60 dollars back because the rate was so good. I'm sorry but we paid for a SERVICE and you did not deliver. We have not received ANY refund to date. Couples beware. Would I use this company again, no. But I wanted to be fair and not give this company 1 stars across the board since the first shuttle went smoothly. read more

We used Sentinel for a wine tour in Newport for a bachelorette party. They were priced lower than other companies which was a bonus. The driver, Lance arrived on time so that was nice. Lance seemed less than thrilled to do his job. He seemed irritated when we asked him to take a picture of our group before we left and he could barely operate the camera phone. His driving was fine and we felt safe. On our way back home, we asked him if we could stop by Starbucks and he wouldn't allow it. When I booked, I asked about adding an additional tip if the driver was exceptional and I was told we could do that. Needless to say, we did not offer an additional tip for the driver. A tip should be given when you do a great job and our driver really put forth minimum effort and kind of a lackluster personality. ***I'm amending my review because I got a call from Sentinel after I posted this and I think that goes a long way in showing good customer service. I think it was a personality mismatch since our driver was used to doing more corporate limo service. Knowing that, it explains his more reserved demeanor. I would also like to add that their communication along the way was stellar. I got confirmation emails, messages when the driver was on his way, a photo of him so we know what he looks like, etc. read more

My coordinator was Nikky and she was incredibly responsive and so accommodating of me needing to change our schedule not once but twice. She immediately sent over revised contracts with our new timeframes, no questions asked. When it was time for the limo to arrive in Providence, Dave our driver was promptly at the location 5 minutes early. He was a fantastic driver, incredibly courteous and when we decided it was too cold at midnight to do any more stops, he took us on a perfect tour of Boston (great views, through all the classic neighborhoods) without even primarily driving out of the city. I used Sentinel Limousine & Coach for transportation to and from the airport for my recent vacation and they were fantastic!! They were actually 15min early for our pickup which got us to the airport sooner than anticipated and I was able to get my Starbucks because of it. The drivers were well dressed, friendly and very helpful. Since this was the very first thing we experienced on our vacation, it truly set a great tone and put both my wife and I in a very good mood to start our trip. The chauffeur helped us with all of our luggage (there was a lot) He also helped recommend a good place for us to eat. I booked the Executive Bus for my daughter's prom on 5/10/19. I have nothing but great things to say. The people in the office were fantastic. I needed to change the time of the pickup and drop off on the morning of the prom and did so without a problem. The executive bus was beautiful and most importantly, equipped with blue tooth so the kids could play "their" music on the ride to and from the prom. I was able to track to bus to and from, which was nice. John, the driver, was wonderful. The other parents and I felt that our kids were in great hands. He was very attentive, especially when there were only 21 kids coming back from the prom whereas 23 went to the prom. He called back to the office, who in turn called me inquiring about the 2 missing kids. One of the girls had gotten sick at the prom so her mom had to pick up her daughter and her date early. It was just an overall fantastic experience, plus it was very affordable. We will definitely be using Sentinel for the prom next year. read more
