I booked Austin transportation for 11 people to and from Logan airport. What a great experience it was from start to finish. The receptionist who I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful. I got a detailed email confirmation with all the flight times listed and exactly when the driver would be at my home/airport. On the travel days, I got a text from the driver introducing himself and letting me know the Time he would arrive. Drivers were both exactly on time. We were picked up in a big brand new spacious van with plenty of room for 11people and all our luggage. The driver packed all of the luggage in the van for us. They had a cooler of ice cold waters and sodas for both drop off and pickup. We had two different drivers one to the airport and another from the airport. Both were EXCELLENT! Very friendly, very accommodating, on time, and they were excellent drivers. They both asked if we were comfortable, if the ac was at a good level, what type of music we wanted. They just made us feel so comfortable. Absolutely wonderful experience. I am so happy I found this company because I have used many others in the past and none of them compare to the excellence of Austin. I just used Austin Limousine for a trip from Somerset to TF Green. It was a very early morning trip since my flight boarded around 5AM. All went perfect from my initial email requesting a quote through the trip itself. Excellent-looking, clean Lincoln "black car" / executive type vehicle picked me up for the trip and my driver was also great. Last year when we flew out of Logan, the parking fee for leaving our car there for a week was ridiculous. This year we were going to be gone for a week and a half and I could only imagine how much that would cost. I always get nervous getting to and from the airport. Are we going to get there in time? Will there be parking? Will we make our flight? Then there is the whole Where did we leave the car? Will the car start? Will someone have broken into the car? I decided to contact TownCar through their website to see how much it would cost to get a ride. Well, it was cheaper than parking for a week and half and we got door to door service. The driver contacted me before each flight to let me know there would be water and soda in the car and did we need anything else. The driver for our 5:00 AM pickup offered to get coffee for us and we took him up on that. Both drivers were professional, friendly and courteous. The service provided before and during our visit was stellar. All aspects of my experience were fantastic; from making the reservation over the phone to the service provided by drivers, Bill and William. The text messages they sent the night before pickup not only provided peace of mind that our driver would be there to pick us up, but also provided an introduction so we knew our driver's name in advance. My friend & I had used this company for our prom on May 30th. My mom called to book it for us & chose this place because the price was good & the girl she spoke with was nice & helpful. Our driver was great, he rolled out the red carpet for us. They had water & soda in the car for us & Bluetooth so we could listen to our own playlist on the way with our iphones. At both houses and prom he was helping us take the pictures so that everyone could be in it. It was a really fun night & my mom booked my younger sisters prom there too. I used Town Car Travel for transportation for my wedding and I couldn't have been happier. I was a little apprehensive since they were from Seekonk (the wedding was in Greenville, RI and the reception in North Kingstown) but I didn't need to worry. The limo arrived much earlier than it was supposed to, and the driver was wonderful. The wedding was the weekend after the hurricane and there were still a bunch of leaves in my driveway. When the driver showed up he actually asked my Mom if he could have a broom so that he could sweep the leaves out of the driveway so no one tripped! The service continued with offering me a mint on the way to the ceremony, fixing my train, and assisting the photographer. He even stopped off at a convenience store when I realized that I had forgotten my essential chap stick! Despite being from Mass, the driver knew exactly where he was going, no questions asked. We hired Town Car Travel for our parents 60th Wedding Anniversary. We cannot say enough great things about our experience. Our driver brought my parents and two other couples from Fall River to a restaurant in Providence, RI and back. It was reserved as an "event", which meant we hired the driver for 6 hours. Our driver's name is Bill. He was professional, attentive and just a real pleasure to work with. Bill called me the afternoon of the event. He told me he had waters and sodas for our parents and their friends. He asked if there was anything else he could provide to make their experience more enjoyable. He confirmed the time he was to show up as well as the restaurant address. He showed up early, introduced himself, wished my parents a Happy Anniversary and was very personable. He asked me to text him 15 minutes before they were ready to depart the restaurant. I did, and he was right outside waiting for them as promised. He had waters set up for each of his guests. I was looking to rent a 8 passenger limousine for a friend's 40th paint night. Called a couple of places and ended up with Town Car.. I spoke to Sarah and she was such a pleasantry to talk to. When she heard that we girls were celebrating a 40th, she offered many perks on the house ( Mind you the rest of the places mostly emphasized on the gratuity, hours etc etc. ) The booking was so easy and they were by far the most reasonable priced from my list. They threw in some balloons, a red carpet and sparkling cider ( for all my non alcoholic friends ) on the house.. I got their final confirmation on Friday with the name of the driver as well in that. Oh my, what a sweetheart he turned out to be. Ed, totally swept us ladies off our feet by being the nicest one yet for the evening. He called me the previous evening of our event and confirmed the time , address etal. He checked whether we needed any cookies etc to munch on while we rode the limo. He also, was the sweet one who got me a complimentary sparkling wine since I was the only one who had alcohol in the group. Thank you, so much Ed. The limo arrived on time, threw the red carpet n waited for my friend to walk on. She was floored. The car was very neat and looked so festive with all the balloons. He explained all that we could use inside n also asked us to connect to the Bluetooth.
