There's a gym and multi-purpose room but with a name like Leisure Centre and Wave Pool - it's the pool that brings you in!

We end up need to wait until Nov to have the pool closed. Waste lots of time of cleaning the pool which was too cold to swim in and waste lots of money to buy chemical to clean it. Just because the winter cover can't be arrived on time. and we suffered a lot for waiting to close the pool. Then even they came to measure it before making it. the size wasn't right! They took it back for resizing in June then and it is not back yet! They called me In the beginning of Aug to order pool closing service, but they don't even know my winter cover is not back yet. Bad communication between departments. Only the sale department is efficient. The service department is garbage. Another frustration is they don't brother to return your call or email. Finally I reach the owner today. Thé owner said they are not the priority to have the product from the supplier because they are not the business deal with life and death. On June 30,…read more2025, I called Sunset Nursery to discuss my mobility issues and requested assistance in selecting some plants--specifically, Tuberous Begonias and Hosta--that I could pick up at the curbside. When the staff member brought out a dead hanging Tuberous Begonia, with most of the flowers brown and lifeless, I pointed it out to him. His dismissive response was, "Yeah, it's a little faded." I then asked about the price, and I was shocked to learn it was $29 ++I was in shock for a second but I know the price was way, way up there. Unbelievable! I then requested 4 small red and 4 small white plants suitable for larger pots. The heat was oppressive, and I was in considerable pain, making it tough to fully scrutinize the plants. But $5 each for a total of $40? These plants were overgrown and practically impossible to manage, let o to place in nice containers for my porch. As for the Hosta, priced at $19 each, He selected 4 that were also in poor condition, clearly not watered properly and I'm unsure if they are great to plant. Once I got home and inspected them further, it became clear that this was a complete rip-off. I'm calling the staff member a JACKASS because he showed little to no respect for me or the integrity of his business. The total for this subpar selection was $138. Sunset Nursery prides itself on being a high-end establishment, but I can guarantee these plants wouldn't even be on display at full price. It feels like he took one look at me and decided to offload inventory that wouldn't sell, simply because I'm disabled. I'm livid, and it's important to note that I've had issues with this nursery before. If I had of remembered that they clearly prioritize their high-end clients and consistently undervalue everyone else I wouldn't have ever gone there. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.
