I have never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life. Incidentally, I have previously been charged $28.00 for the same haircut. They tried to justify the price change but said the owner had not yet made the change but they were still charging me $33.00. This is very dishonest, you advertised one price but charged me a higher price. Then tried to justify a regular haircut as style. I didn't take a picture of the sign when I left and I should have. Today, I went back and they had changed all of their prices. I won't be back and will file a complaint with the licensing agency.
