As a pale-skinned girl who has tried just about every tanning salon under the sun (pun intended), I walked into Palm Beach with modest expectations and walked out completely blown away, all thanks to Matt. He took his time during the consultation, never rushed me, answered every single question I had (and I had a lot), and made the whole experience not only easy, but genuinely enjoyable. Matt is that rare combination of professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She was meticulous in listening to my needs/wants, discussing options and making recommendations. I love my lashes. This is only my second time to get lashes and the first set I had did not work for me (not done at Lash and Glow). Char listened to "my version" of the issue (I'm not a professional, and I place no blame on the person who did them the first time...
