As a pale-skinned girl who has tried just about every tanning salon under the sun (pun intended), I walked into Palm Beach with modest expectations and walked out completely blown away, all thanks to Matt. He took his time during the consultation, never rushed me, answered every single question I had (and I had a lot), and made the whole experience not only easy, but genuinely enjoyable. Matt is that rare combination of professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She was meticulous in listening to my needs/wants, discussing options and making recommendations. I love my lashes. This is only my second time to get lashes and the first set I had did not work for me (not done at Lash and Glow). Char listened to "my version" of the issue (I'm not a professional, and I place no blame on the person who did them the first time... I have weird oil issues with my nail beds, I sleep like a maniac, etc. SO no telling why I had issues...) Needless to say, my lashes look great. I haven't had any problems. Haven't lost a single one. I'm sure the Bronze Bombshell in Dallas is great, but I had a fantastic experience at the Southlake location. Monica was extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job. The newest staff (they literally fire and hire people every month) has no clue how to talk to the public. you can barely understand what they are even saying because they literally mumble. This is what you get when you hire children to run your business. perhaps their model is to hire a new group every month so that group gets their family and friends to sign up for a membership and then they get rid of those employees and start the cycle over.
