As a pale-skinned girl who has tried just about every tanning salon under the sun (pun intended), I walked into Palm Beach with modest expectations and walked out completely blown away, all thanks to Matt. She was meticulous in listening to my needs/wants, discussing options and making recommendations. I love my lashes. This is only my second time to get lashes and the first set I had did not work for me (not done at Lash and Glow). Char listened to "my version" of the issue (I'm not a professional, and I place no blame on the person who did them the first time...
