They're very quick and efficient at estimates, they try there best to beat competitor pricing. I highly recommend this company.

Now you may be wondering why I've said "Armstrong Exteriors",,, Well, Steve Armstrong used to own that company,, but after not paying trades or bills,,, it no longer serves a purpose for him. Meaning he can't swindle any more cash under that business umbrella. He owes a substantial amount of money to numerous companies, and refuses to answer to it. So he's started up 4walls Exteriors to try his game again. My story: I met Steve at a commercial job in April 2017. We went thru what the scope of work was, and I gave him an estimate. He accepted my numbers and asked me to start ASAP as he was behind on the project. However,, he was late with his deposit, which sounded a few alarm bells in my head. I'm not huge company, and cannot afford to take substantial losses, and the way he dealt with the initial deposit told me I was going to need progress payments for this contract. When I emailed him and asked him for my 1st progress payment, he had serious issues with it. Going as far as to tell me I never mentioned them. (It's in my contract that he SIGNED) guess he doesn't read anything he puts a pen to. The argument we had in regards to partial payments made me uneasy, so I wanted them weekly. He couldn't even pay those to me on time.. putting the project behind months thru the course of the job. Once we completed the job, I sent him his final invoice, which he has ignored for over 9 months now. I'm in the process of taking him to court, and I'm pretty sure the GC of the aforementioned job is doing the same. His quality of work is extremely low, as is his expertise. He cuts corners to save money... doesnt show up when he's supposed to, and lies to his customers and clients. This is a company that everyone should avoid at all costs. Save yourself the headaches and search for a contractor that actually works for you. This guy CAN'T be trusted at all. P.J Johnson Owner P.Js Painting and Renovations
