The last arrangement that was delivered to my house arrived with roses that already looked old and wilted. I called the owner just to let him know because I figured he would want to know if flowers were being delivered in that condition. I wasn't yelling or demanding anything--I was simply explaining what happened. Instead, he immediately got defensive and started arguing with me. Before I could even finish explaining, he hung up on me. I called back to ask why he hung up, and he told me he "didn't like the way I was speaking" and then said, "If you don't like the flowers, don't ever order from here again." I was honestly shocked. As someone who's supported this business over and over again, I expected a little more respect. Things happen, flowers aren't always perfect, but it's how a business handles the situation that matters. Instead of trying to make it right, I was treated like I was the problem for bringing it up. They clearly don't value loyal customers, and that's their choice. I'll be taking my business somewhere that stands behind its products and actually appreciates the people who support them. Really disappointing experience, and unfortunately I won't be coming back.

Parking can be hard sometimes, especially during lunch because of the heavy foot traffic.
