Just picked up these babes from Magic Flowers $40 sweet bouquet

Came here with my boyfriend since he wanted to get me some flowers but wanted me to choose what I wanted. We were greeted by Lina who asked us to sit down and wrote down notes on what we wanted along with our budget. My boyfriend gave her a budget of $40 for a bouquet, and I asked for pink and white flowers with dusty miller since I saw some boxes in the fridge she made with dusty miller and loved that look. She had some sweet arrangements all around the shop. I came by to pick up the flowers on a Sunday and she was wrapping up the bouquet and the blooms were BEAUTIFUL! She made a cute arrangement of 6 big pink and 6 big yellow white roses, silver dollar, eucalyptus, and dusty miller. Over the next few days the roses kept opening up and the aroma was amazing! They were even more BEAUTIFUL! They lasted me a whole 6 days until they started to show any signs of wilting. I also changed the water out every other day. Prices are average but I'm really impressed by her quality of flowers. Loveee! Thanks Lina for the simple and sweet arrangement! Also: I asked her if there was a difference between the box or bouquet in terms of the flowers keeping for longer and she said there's no difference. It's just a preference of how you want it to look - just in case anyone was wondering like I was. And parking is in a small lot but I haven't had issues finding at least one spot open here. Would recommend? Yes! Great quality of flowers. Support your local friendly florists like Lina !

I have been coming to Magic Flowers, exclusively for the last 7 years for all of my flower arrangements and needs. I first found Lina at Magic Flowers when my Valentine's Day order was cancelled by a different florist due to running out of flowers the day of. I called all the shops in my area but all the florists were sold out due to the holiday. Lina, was an angel, and worked with me to create a beautiful bouquet with the flowers she had left. Though there were no roses available, she was able to create an amazing, colorful arrangement on the evening of Valentine's Day, last minute. She understood my panic, and assured me that she would create something i could be proud to hand to my loved ones. She's super sweet & has a smile that is contagious. If you are looking for somebody that has passion for their job, and cares about spreading love and cheer to others at a reasonable price, i highly recommend coming to Magic Flowers and giving Lina a chance. It was my first time going to Magic Flowers and definitely not my last. The staff was so friendly. They even offered to make our bouquet the way they believe will look beautiful since we were really indecisive. They made the flowers that we chose look so wonderful and gorgeous. They even showed me more roses that they had when I asked them a question. Super friendly, Super welcoming, hard working staff, BEAUTIFUL flowers and even more beautiful bouquets. Zero stars if i could. I think this might be my first ever review, definitely my first negative review. I called their shop on Wednesday morning to order a flower delivery for Friday by 11am. I spoke with Lena who at first was very nice and told me she could get flowers needed (specifically peonies and sunflowers). She asked me to call back Thurs (next day at 6pm to confirm order). I asked her if i should keep checking other shops in case they couldn't get the flowers and she told me no we will have it for you and NOT to keep calling around. Well i followed up today at 6pm and Lena says "no we werent able to get the flowers, you can go to ralphs to get flowers or call other places"...no apology or any accountability. She didnt reach out to me and didnt GAF thats its not the evening and other shops are closed. CRAZY! Terrible customer service! read more

I just moved into this neighborhood and I am loving exploring and finding little treasures around me. Magic Flowers is just that: A treasure. I buy flowers for church every Saturday for Sunday Services and Lina is a true artist putting together awesome flower designs depicting amazing colors, textures and scents. She's a true professional who really loves people and does her very best to please the customer. I can't believe how reasonable the prices are. I was referred here by a friend and I'm so thankful I found this shop!!!! I've been to several flower shops over the last few years and they never really stood out. As soon as I walked in here, Lina greeted me and genuinely cared to help me find the best flowers. I'm a terrible decision maker and she was so patient with me and very knowledgeable about which flowers go best with others. She made me feel very comfortable and didn't rush me into picking flowers just to get out of the shop, which I appreciated soooo much!!!! He knows what kind of flowers that I like and that's exactly what he got. 12 beautiful red roses, 2 small balloons, 6 chocolate covered strawberries and last but not least 5 pink/white Stargazers. I was so surprised and he made my Mother's Day feel very nice and special. This is NOT the first time that he has done this. First time from this La Fleurel flower shop. They have street parking and the value of each flower/arrangement is different. Prices vary. I highly recommend this florist to anyone who wants to buy something for themselves or for their loved ones. Clearly so they can shoot higher prices so when it coems to pay, my reciept can reciept will reflect the "discounted" prices which really are the same as any walk in customer. Today I remembered that they've asked me to tell them the business I am with before making my choices and I did just that. After my purchase, I compared the costs to past reciepts and sure enough, they were not discounted. I checked the cost sheet they have posted in the floral room and it confirmed that I have been charged the same as any walk in client. When I KINDLY confronted the owner about it, he got defensive and told me he will be closing my account and will not be honoring a discount. What a joke of a human being and business man. Any business that makes sleasy moves like this should not be supported. For those of you still giving them business, BE SMART and don't get taken advantage of. For those of you who choose not to support a business that does this, you can purchase from So Cal Wholesale Flowers. They are nice, helpful and will even replace your choice if florals that are not in perfect condition with a new bunch without asking you for the one you picked back.

I called Dottie's on a Saturday afternoon at 2:30. Niall answered and was incredibly efficient. I explained what I needed and that I wanted the flowers delivered by 5:00 PM. Nile/Niall was able to explain all of the details to me: they usually stop same day delivery at 12:00 p.m. However, if I was open to it, they could use a third-party service for the delivery. I agreed to this. Because the website was easy to use and had examples of their arrangements, I was able to quickly choose my selection which they had ready to go. I believe I paid $180, which I was fine with because I wanted flowers delivered ASAP. My payment was processed over the phone and I got an email confirmation. The sales associate received the flowers before 5:00 p.m. and she loved them. I appreciate the efficiency and excellent customer service I received. I highly recommend Dottie's!

Over that time, I've always appreciated the friendly service, efficiency, and quality of your flowers. That's why this experience was so surprising and disappointing. When I walked into the store, there was only one customer whose order was being completed. I was acknowledged and told that someone would help me "in just a minute," which seemed perfectly reasonable. However, over the next 20-plus minutes, multiple other customers came into the store. I watched as people purchasing bouquets, placing special orders, picking up arrangements, and arranging deliveries were all helped before me. Despite being there first and waiting patiently, I was repeatedly overlooked. What made this even more frustrating was that my order could not have been simpler. I had already selected the five flowers I wanted within a couple of minutes and simply needed someone to put together a small arrangement. Instead, I stood there waiting while customer after customer was served ahead of me. Eventually, I left without purchasing anything. The flowers were for my daughter, and because of the lack of attention and basic customer service, I now have to find another florist on short notice. More importantly, after more than a decade of being a loyal customer, I don't plan on returning. Everyone can have a busy day, and mistakes happen. But completely overlooking a customer for more than 20 minutes--especially one who arrived before everyone else--is simply unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously. I've always had positive experiences at your shop, which is why this one was so disappointing. Unfortunately, it has changed my opinion of the business, and unless something changes, you've lost a customer of 12 years. I sincerely hope no one else has the same experience.

This review is long overdue. I have been coming to Magic Flowers for a very long time and they never ever disappoint. Most recently I purchased for my best friend for International Women's Day and she was blown away by the boxed arrangement.
