My partner initially had this appointment himself and recommended them to me because of the staff, their service level and location. The building is clean, well decorated, and and in a beautiful location. The staff were extraordinarily kind and attentive throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was their genuine helpfulness and supportive approach - they took the time to answer all my questions, ensure I was comfortable and gave us great personal attention during our time. Even though my appointment ran over the scheduled time, the staff remained patient and thorough, never making me feel rushed. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything possible was done during my visit to get the perfect fit, and to ensure I was comfortable. The office is located in downtown and is in a busy but shaded area. They are really nice and got us in early to meet with Erek. He explained thoroughly the type of hearing aid my dad was getting, and even showed us the fit and stuff of the new hearing aid. We had to come back for a second appt to pick up the hearing aid, after it is ordered and approved by the insurance. We were again met with Erek who was super nice and helped to explain how to use everything. I even have an app downloaded on the phone now. I liked this office and would recommend, if I had to use this service again.

All I can say is I'm so glad I looked elsewhere and found All Ears Hearing Aid Center! Sydney was quickly able to determine the issue and had my device sent in, repaired and back to me in a week. I have gotten hearing aids before and from a very good provider Costco was…read moresignificantly better starting off the price was about half of what I paid for my previous hearing aids and they're very high-tech and the insurance policy that I had to pay separately for previously comes included with the Costco hearing aid so there about $3000 less out the door than my previous set. The hearing aid exam they had there was good. I've had multiple hearing tests at several different places including Sacramento State and UC Davis. All of them have been similar exams. Costco's hearing aids are absolutely top-notch,you can get an appointment easily,there's no co-pay on the regular visits and they will go so far as to give you loaner hearing aids if they can when you have a repair pending. Most (if not all) of other providers of hearing aids get kickbacks; Costco doesn't. The price is the price. Highly, highly, highly, recommend Costco. Also a shout out to Kyle who was the person who helped me and he was fantastic.

Quoting my sister, "Mindy's been a jewel with all of our phone calls, emails, teleconference and in person appointments." She keeps her overhead low by being essentially a one person shop. Therefore, if you call, it may go to voice mail however she has consistently responded on the same day to all of our communications. She recommended, ordered and fitted our mom with the Widex Moment 220 hearing aids. She saved mom money by indicating she would not utilize or notice the enhancements of the next higher up 330 model. She configured the HA settings taking into account mom's hearing aid history and lifestyle instead of just using standard test result settings. It's clear Mindy knows what she is doing from her 37 years in the industry. Our mother, who normally doesn't like to spend money (LOL) was very pleased with her new hearing aids. In fact, the next day, she said, "I am glad I bought new hearing aids." These new hearing aids have improved her lifestyle immensely and she could finally understand me again on phone calls.
