I could see her face was red and swollen. she had the makings of a severe black eye. i asked what happened and was told that the boss lady is very abusive to the girls that work there. she also stated that she steals money from them. needless to say I will not return. the lady talked to even said she called the police, but they wouldn't pursue it.

It said online it would be 40 and the shop OWNER said it may differ in price. They wanted to charge me $100 for a fill and told me that when I got there. I have been doing lashes for years and have never experienced that high of a price difference. I don't understand why I was told something different over the phone by the owner and why they don't know their own contractors rates. It doesn't sound like everyone is on the same page and sounds like bad business.

It was painless and a pretty quick process. I had a really pleasant conversation while it was happening. I don't typically spend money on beauty routines as I tend to think I can just do most of it at home, but I am positive I'll be returning. I should've known 45$ for acrylic nails was too cheap. She nodded and proceeded to destroy my nails with her dremel. She dug into my skin so hard it burned even after I gasped and winced- she had my fingers in a vice grip so I couldn't pull away. After applying the colored polish, I asked her if she had any gems or sparkles we could add to the pink nails and she huffed and said "you should've told me before" before getting up and getting some holo glitter and sprinkling it on my nails and she didn't even ask me what gemstone colors I wanted- she just grabbed some out of her box and applied them. After applying the four pink gems she said "oh I did the wrong color you can barely see them but it's too late now." And then she put the blue gemstones under it. She then told me I owed another 10$ on top of the 45$ for the glitter and the gemstones.
