Ming Spa is a great spot to stop when you have have a stiff neck or shoulder pain- their friendly staff will take care of your needs. This massage place in the mall is phenomenal. They know exactly the right spots to focus on and how much pressure to apply. I highly recommend a 1/2 hour full body massage. You remain clothed and lie down face-down. There is an option to add oil but I have not tried it. I have tried a chair massage and was not too impressed with it. Also, I got the 60-minute massage and it felt like too much. 30 minutes is perfect. Some of the masseuses massage hard so make sure you indicate softer if you need something more gentler.
