This was a certificate for a massage. I am more in need of a massage from all the stress trying to make an appt. Lordy I received 70.00 from a 100.00 certificate which was like pulling teeth!!! However, the rest of my certificate 30.00 was kept by cloud nine. I am currently going thru BBB to get my money back for my Mother's Day Gift Certificate. They are now saying I had an appointment. I never had an appointment and was never there or notified that I had an appointment. Very shady to say the least. :( Happppy Mothers's Day to me!!!
