I almost got swindled! They tried giving me a substitute that was $9 less and not diamond-infused. They didn't offer me any kind of refund for the price difference, nor did they mention that it wasn't diamond infused. I refused and asked them to please inform me when my REAL order was ready. Instead, they decide to cancel my order entirely. I ended up calling them for clarification and there was a miscommunication. Then, and only then, was I informed that they're out of stock of that product. They could've told me that from the beginning, and should've removed it from their website so people don't erroneously order it. I'm pretty annoyed and I don't think I'll be renewing my membership. I've seen enough.

The family member spoke with him and got the vitamins he recommended. This person had been quite ill for aprox 9 months by then and not getting better, not even well enough for surgery. Within 10-14 days on the regimen Bernard suggested, they got so much better. Another family member has serious autoimmune issues (lupus, alopecia, dermatitis) and had barely been able to get out of bed for over a year. This person did not want to take the pharmaceuticals the doctors wanted to prescribe. They too went to see Bernard and his amazing team and no joke within 1 month they were out of bed, able to go on walks, able to participate in activities again, take care of their home and start to heal beyond words. They are even back in school. The ONLY time this family member had gotten sick since starting the lupus/alopecia regimen was when they ran out of the vitamins for a week and a half. The most wild part about it is that the vitamins cost around the same as a co pay for pharmaceuticals. If there is anyone with anything they need help with - I could not suggest Earthwise Vitamins more. I have SEEN his products work WONDERS for people I deeply care about. His staff is highly competent and knowledgeable as well, but I do recommend starting with Bernard for the initial 'consult.' He is a lifesaver.

She assured me their fajas would work and told me to take it home and try it on. I was under the impression that if it didn't fit, I could return it as long as the tags were still attached and it hadn't been used. When I got home and tried it on, it was exactly what I was worried about it's too tight in the thigh area and uncomfortable. The next day I contacted her with photos and asked to return it, but I was then told they do not offer refunds, only exchanges. If that had been clearly explained beforehand, I would never have purchased it. These fajas are very expensive, and it's extremely frustrating to be told to take something home to try on but then not be allowed to return it when it doesn't fit. The return policy should have been clearly communicated before the purchase. I would have never left the store with something so expensive if I knew I could not return it. She literally told me to take it home and try it on because she had no dressing room available. My fault!

Especially disappointed as I had come in specifically because the staff had reminded me about the sale 2 days before. Why would you cancel a long standing promo the day it runs without informing your customers? I will not be recommending or spending my money here any longer.
